House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Reservations for non-holiday dates cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $10.00 - $13.95.
Any reservation cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit paid. This includes reservations made within 3 days of arrival. Reservations for holiday dates cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date will forfeit deposit paid. Reservations for the St. Patrick's Day holiday are subject to a 50% deposit which is non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
Rules & regulations
Reservations are limited to a 13 day maximum stay. Base rate includes 1 RV, 1 personal vehicle, and 2 Adults. Additional adults, vehicles, trailers and tents are subject to additional charges. Maximum number of adults per site is 4.
A reservation guarantees a specific site TYPE not a specific site. Special site requests must be made by telephone at the time of reservation. While we do our best to fulfill all special requests, these requests cannot be guaranteed and there will be no refunds if we are unable to fulfill a request or need to move guests.
Check-in begins at 1:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures will be accommodated based on availability and will be subject to additional charges.
