Range RV Campground is a new RV park located in Apple Valley, UT. Back-in and pull through RV sites available all with an amazing mountain view. Range RV is located 40 mins from Zion National Park, 30 mins from both Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Sand Hollow State Park, 2 hours from Bryce Canyon National Park, and 2 hours from the North Rim- Grand Canyon National Park. The campground is conveniently close to world-renowned mountain biking trails: Gooseberry Mesa, Little Creek Mesa, and Jem.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If you cancel before 5 days of your check-in date, we will refund the entire amount less a 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation within 5 days of your check-in date, you will be charged the daily rate for the first night of your reservation and a 6% credit card fee. Afterward, the remaining balance will be refunded.
If you are currently in a weekly or monthly reservation and you’d like to cancel the remaining days of that reservation, you will be charged either the daily or weekly rate for your site and the time you stayed and a 6% credit card processing fee.
Rules & regulations
Things to know before you arrive:
Check-in time: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Late arrivals, give us a call.)
Check-out time: 11 a.m.
Contactless check-in: When you arrive, feel free to go straight to your site. If you need assistance locating or pulling into your site, give us a call.
Extra Guests: We allow up to four adults (age 18 and up) per site. Additional adults need to pay $10 per person, per day. Have a large family or group? Give us a call.
Parking: All RVs and vehicles must be able to fit on your site. Parking on streets or empty sites is not allowed.
RV types: Most rigs are welcome, but we do require management approval on RVs older than 10 years from the current year.
Pets: All pets must be well behaved and are the responsibility of their owners to keep them under control at all times. Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage to property or harm to individuals caused by their pet and may be asked to leave the campground. All guests are responsible for cleaning up immediately after their pets, if owners fail to do this a $25 fee will be assessed. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, bathrooms, or laundry facility. Pets are not allowed to be chained up to any tree within the campground. Pets are required to stay in your RV at night. We allow up to 2 dogs per site. All dogs must remain on a leash while in the campground. We do not allow the following dog breeds: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler’s, German Shepherds, Chows, Caucasian Ovcharka, Alaskan Malamutes or any dog that has shown aggressive behavior.
Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Campfires: We have one community fire pit available for guests. At your site, we allow gas fire pits only.
Parking: All RVs and vehicles must be able to fit on your site. Parking on streets or empty sites is not allowed.
Alcohol, Smoking, and Drugs: Drinking and smoking are only allowed at your site. Drugs are prohibited. Please drink responsibly and pick up all cigarette butts. Guests who leave cigarette butts behind will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.
Firearms and Fireworks: Firearms and fireworks are prohibited on the property.
Generators: Generators are not allowed.
Charging Electric Vehicles: We currently don’t allow charging electric vehicles at your site.
