The peaceful, tranquil setting at Rancho Sedona is unrivaled. Rancho Sedona is fully shaded by grand Sycamore and Cottonwood trees and is in the heart of town, next to beautiful Oak Creek. The park is within walking distance to galleries, shops and restaurants. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking and trout fishing all year long right from the park. In the summer enjoy swimming in the creek. Rancho Sedona is beautifully maintained and includes spacious sites, clean facilities, laundry, volleyball, fielded areas, and Free Wi-Fi and Digital Cable TV.

PARK RULES
GUIDELINES FOR A PLEASANT STAY
Daily Office Hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Check-out Time is NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM
Check-in time is 12 Noon or later
Go directly to the site after 12:00, then check-in at the office
QUIET TIME is 10:00PM to 7:00AM, you must be INSIDE your rig so not to disturb your neighbors.
No excessive noise or music in your campsite or the barbecue area.
All road signs must be obeyed by both on and off-road vehicles.
ATV’s/Dirt bikes/or motorized recreation vehicles are to be operated by licensed drivers and only to leave/return from the park to your site. Riding these vehicles around the park is NOT permitted.
DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ON THE CEMENT PADS.
DO NOT BEND, BREAK, OR REMOVE OUR SITE MARKERS!
Sewer hoses CANNOT lie on the ground, even just to dry, unless you are dumping. You must unhook and put your sewer hose away as soon as you have completed dumping (mandated by the Health Department).
Sewer hoses MUST be supported (mandated by the Health Department).
Sewer hoses must have an elbow attached to dump, failure to have one can cause park wide back-up.
Do not place barbecue grills on our wooden picnic tables.
No walking through other people’s sites, use the roads or pathways.
Unacceptable, alcohol-induced behavior will not be tolerated.
No washing any vehicles in the park.
No generator use.
No discharging of firearms.
No abuse to the wildlife.
No outdoor laundry hanging at sites, use laundry room clotheslines.
Put only biodegradable toilet paper down toilets.
NO CAMPFIRES OR PROPANE FIRE RINGS.
DOG RULES
No Barking.
Must be on leash at all times.
Must pick up after them immediately.
Can not be left outside vehicle unattended (someone must physically be outside with the dog at all times).
Dogs can be let of leash in dog run area under supervision of owner. (Only Exception- Leashes are not required in the dog run.)
Failure to follow these rules can lead to the termination of your stay.
