Each tent site has a mulched area to accommodate one tent. Each site has water and electricity on site. You will have a picnic table nearby and a fire pit or fire ring for your own use. We do have a nice Communal area and Kitchen nearby for water and cooking. It also has additional fire pits and grills.

Deluxe Loft Cabin

This roomy, 2 bedroom casita with a loft is located at Ranch 3232, just 2 miles from the entrance of Pedernales Falls State Park. This vacation rental is a great option for families or a group. A scenic overlook facing west for spectacular sunsets and Texas hill country vistas. Night times are perfect for stargazing and campfires. Layout includes one bedroom with a king bed on main floor, bath with shower, and full kitchen (with sink, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave oven) on main floor. And there is a stairway to a loft with 2 twin beds.

Gypsy Wagon

Aptly named the Bird House, it has a double bed, air conditioning, private deck with rocking chairs, and a discussion area with Adirondack chairs and BBQ grill. Travelers booking this accommodation also get full access to the community kitchen, bathhouse, laundry, and other amenities. Once you arrive, take advantage of the scenic overlook facing west for spectacular sunsets and Hill Country vistas. Night times are perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

Glamping Tent

Our glamping tents offer the perfect getaway for couples or individuals. These vacation rentals bring added luxury, while taking in all that nature in the Texas Hill County has to offer. Enjoy the use of our Community Kitchen, group firepit and clean bath house. Each Glamping tent has a Queen bed, mini-fridge, AC, towels for two, and a small table side lamp. There are also fans for summer and a small heater for winter. Each site does have outdoor seating and a fire pit just outside the door.

Primitive Tent Site

This primitive site offers a 12x14 mulch pad for your tent, a fire pit, and picnic table. This site accommodates one tent. It is a very roomy private site that will allow parking for two vehicles. This site does not have water or electric on site. You are welcome to bring an outdoor extension cord and plug into the nearby tent site A. Cancellations 7 Days or More Before Scheduled Check-In Time: Full refund. Your cancellation is also subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be charged to to the credit card used to book the original reservation.


Cancellations Less Than 7 Days and More Than 48 Hours Prior to Check-In Time: A 50% refund. Your cancellation is also subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be charged to to the credit card used to book the original reservation.


Cancellations Within 48 Hours or Less of Scheduled Check-In Time: No refund. Your cancellation is also subject to a $25 processing fee, which will be charged to to the credit card used to book the original reservation. 


Please keep in mind that forecasted weather conditions are not considered a legitimate reason for cancellation without financial penalty. In all cases of cancellation, a $25 processing fee will also be charged to the credit card used to book the original reservation.

RV and Tent Sites: 1:00 PM

Check-out Times:

All Units, including Cabins, Glamping Tents, Gypsy Wagon, RV, and Tent Sites: 11:00 AM


Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed when you are booked in one of our Cabins, RV Sites, or Camp Sites.

Pets are NOT allowed when you are booked in our Glamping Tents.

Pet Fees (Per Pet, Per Stay): $25 for Cabins and Gypsy Wagon, $10 for RV and Tent Sites.

There is a maximum of 2 pets per unit booked.

Your pet must be leashed at all times when outside of units, tents, and RVs.

Your pet cannot be left on property unattended.

You must clean up after your pet (waste bags are provided on the property).


Please check Blanco County burn ban notices prior to arrival.

Property is suitable for children and infants.

No parties or events allowed that are not approved by management in advance.

No smoking allowed anywhere on the property or in units.

Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM

Some spaces are shared, including the Community Kitchen, Community Fire Ring, and Bath House. Please clean up after yourself and be respectful of others. 

Dangerous animals and wildlife are present on the property. Do not approach or feed them.

Scorpions are prevalent in the area. Closed-toe shoes are recommended on premises. Stay aware and you should enjoy your stay without incident.

Do not leave campfires unattended. Put them out when you leave.

Dispose of all trash.


Requirements To Book Lodging At Ranch 3232

Thank you for considering Ranch 3232 for your next getaway to the Texas Hill Country. Before you book accommodations, please be aware of the following requirements. In the interest of our hosts being able to contact you as well as for safety of other guests, you will need to provide some basic information in order to book a reservation.


This includes: 


Full guest name of the person booking the reservation

Number of guests you intend to have

Email address

Phone number

Country of residence

Payment information

Government-issued ID with photo (at time of check-in)

Agreement with our House Rules.

2. Security Deposit

Your reservation at Ranch 3232 may be subject to a Security Deposit hold on your credit card. We reserve the right to place this security deposit hold on your credit card at the time of the reservation. Subsequent to check-out, the hold will be removed assuming there were no observed damages to the accommodation during your stay. However, in the event of observed damages, a fee for the repairs will be charged to your credit card on file.

3. Stay Aware Of The Weather

Before traveling to Ranch 3232, check the current and forecasted weather conditions, then prepare, pack, and travel accordingly. Since our campground is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the area can be subject to rapidly changing weather conditions. Sunscreen, wet weather gear, and first aid kits are always recommended.


Also, be sure to always have a smartphone or other mobile device handy so you have ready access to weather alerts and forecast information.


4. Campground Safety And Security

At Ranch 3232, your safety and the safety of other guests is our primary concern. We ask that you respect the rights of other guests and refrain from endangering or threatening anyone.


4.1 Causing Harm To Self And Others

All guests are prohibited from engaging in physical assault, sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, robbery, human trafficking, domestic violence, and any other acts of violence.


4.2 Preventing Hazards And Fires

Discharging of firearms is prohibited, and you should keep all guns and other weapons fully secured at all times. 


While pets are welcome, dangerous animals are prohibited to ensure the safety of all guests.


Fires can easily ignite, particularly during periods of drought. As such, smoking is prohibited at all times. Furthermore, be extremely careful when making campfires and using our BBQ grills to prevent the ignition of wildfires.


4.3 Theft And Vandalism

We take pride in our campground, and ask that you refrain from acts of vandalism and theft. This also extends to the property and vehicles of other guests.


4.4 Law Enforcement Engagement

As part of our commitment to safety, we will work with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as appropriate to help maintain safety in the campground.


5. Fairness And Respect

The Ranch 3232 hosts believe in fairness, diversity, and respect for others. We ask all guests strive to incorporate these beliefs during their stay.


5.1 Hate Speech And Discrimination

We ask you always treat others with respect throughout the campground. As such, you should not treat others differently during these interactions based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious diseases. Additionally, you should always avoid insulting others on these bases.


5.2 Harassment And Bullying

Engaging in harassing, bullying, or shaming other guests is prohibited. 


5.3 Respect For The Community And Environment

Ranch 3232 has a number of common areas that may be shared by all guests, including our bathhouse, community kitchen, picnic area, and community firepit. Please strive to leave these common areas as you found them, by picking up your trash and disposing of it in the available receptacles.


If you elect to bring your pet, please be sure to clean up after them. We have pet waste bags available for your usage. Please be aware that no dogs are allowed in our Glamping Tents due to the potential for accidental damage by your pet.


As you meander around our trails, we ask you take only photographs or videos, leave only footprints, and carry back any trash.
