House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Rental fees are non-refundable for early departure. If early termination / departure is requested by either party for any reason, especially violation of the Rules and Regulations, rent is non-refundable.

Check In: 12pm Check Out: 11am
Pool Hours: 8am - 10pm
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am
Speed Limit is 5mph
No parking on streets, grass, vacant slips or landscaped areas at any time.
All visitors must obtain a wristband for pool access and sign required documents. $7/day.
Only 1 vehicle plus RV per site. $10/day for an additional spot.
Pets must be current on vaccinations, leashed at all times, not left unattended, picked up after and not allowed in buildings or pool area.
Pool - no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. No pets, smoking or glass containers. Bathing attire required. Wristbands required, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Bathrooms/Showers for guest use only.
Lake - fishing/crabbing s allowed but catch and release only. No swimming, wading, kayaking or boating.
Clubhouse and Laundry for guests only.
Fitness Center is open 24/7. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Trash must be bagged and taken to dumpster.
Campfires are not allowed except at a resort firepit. Propane grills may be used but must be on a fireproof surface. BBQ pits, fryers, charcoal or propane grills with screens may be used for cooking and must be kept on the concrete. Do not dump your oil or coals in grass or gravel areas. If cleanup for the concrete and/or grass or gravel area is required, a fee must be applied. All cooled ashes must be bagged and take to onsite dumpster. Caution must be taken to protect tables and grass from damage. Do not place barbecue grills on picnic tables, concrete driveways or grass without protection.
Fees for car/boat washing are $10/RV $20.
Smoking is not permitted in the buildings, outdoor restrooms, pool area or within fifteen (15) feet of any building or facility of the Resort. Smokers will be responsible for disposing of cigarette butts properly, not on the grounds or in the pond. Failure to abide by this rule will result in fines.
