    Individual reservations – there is a one night cancelation fee. All group reservations and buyouts of the Whole Resort, Lodge, Lodge Cabins, Camping Cabins, Rental RV’s, RV and Tent sites – the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

    Rules & regulations

    While pets are welcome at Promised Land Resort, they must be on a leash at all times, and are not allowed in the Lodge, Lodge Cabins or Rental RV’s. They are allowed in the Camping Cabins with a deposit. Pets are allowed and welcome at Promised Land Resort and must be on a leash at ALL times. They are NOT allowed in the Lodge or Lodge Cabins at any time.

    We have a 2 night minimum stay for the Lodge or any buyouts of the Lodge Cabins, Camping Cabins, RV Rentals, RV Sites or Tent Sites.

    Holidays – We have a 2 night minimum for any reservations on holidays.
