    Portal RV Resort is a full-service luxury glamping resort in Moab. Offering the largest RV sites in Moab, Utah plus 4,000 square ft vacation rentals, modern casitas and adventure cabins. Located on the south side of the Colorado River, Portal is only a few minutes from downtown Moab and a 5-minute drive to Arches National Park. Portal has two RV sections to choose from, our North Side is open to all registered RV’s and the South Side offers premium sites and ownership sites.

    RV & Cabin Bookings:Portal RV Resort requires a Two Week notice of cancellation. There is a $25 cancellation fee for a cancellation with more than 2-week notice. If cancelled less than 2 weeks of your arrival date a 1-night stay will be charged.

    ATTENTION: WE HAVE A ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL EVENTS (JEEP SAFARI, CAR SHOW, RALLYS, ETC.) OR LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS OF THREE OR MORE RV SITES. We will charge the credit card on file for the entire reservation as a result of a cancellation. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge for the entire reservation period.

    Holidays & Special Events: Bookings during a holiday or special event require a multi-night minimum stay and are not refundable. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods or special events. Please check with your selected park for details.

    There will be no refunds for shortened stays after arrival.

    Rules & regulations

    PETS

    Pets are permitted if kept quiet and leashed at all times, and not left unattended. Pets are not allowed in any buildings nor in or around the pool area. Clean up after your pet immediately (bags provided). Pet pens are not permitted at your RV site. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate eviction with no refund. NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK AT ANY TIME.

    List of aggressive breeds not allowed, including a mix of these breeds: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff.

    DOG PARK

    There are 2 dog parks for your enjoyments. Please be sure to pickup after your pet. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and possible cleanup fees.

    ALCOHOL

    No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. No glass containers in the pool area.

    PICNIC TABLES

    Please do not move picnic tables from one site to another.

    SECURITY

    Please display registration pass in front wind shield. Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft. The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around the resort.

    RV RULES

    No washing of cars or RVs is allowed within the Property. No maintenance work on any vehicles on any lots. See front desk for designated area. Doughnut Gasket with 90-degree angle/elbows must be used on all sewer hookups as well as a pressure reducing valve on your water connection.

    PREMIUM SITES open for rent to: Class A 10 years or newer, 5th Wheel 5 years or newer, and Super C (approved by management). If your RV doesn't meet these requirements, please don't book a site in the Premium sections.

    QUIET HOURS

    Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

    POOL RULES

    There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an adult in attendance. Pool hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. No children under 16 years permitted in the hot tub. Complete rules are posted at the pool.

    BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY

    Our bathrooms are cleaned frequently during the day and night. They are closed in rotation for heavy scrubbing for one hour each day. South Side bathrooms are reserved for South Side’s guests only.

    GARBAGE

    We do not have site pick up. Please place your garbage in the dumpster convenient to your site.

    VEHICLES

    No more than three vehicles (cargo trailers included) are allowed on a site at any time. Please do not park on the grass or vacant sites. No on-street parking at any time. Limited, paid storage may be available at time of booking or by contacting the office.
