Pleasant Valley RV Park

There is a minimum 2 night stay for all reservations. 

Sites are priced for two adults and 2 children. Extra adults $10/night and children $5.00/night.     Max: 6 people per site.   

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation anytime after booking your site, the deposit will not be refunded for any stay over 3 nights. For nightly reservations less than 3 nights stay, the deposit (minus a $25 fee) may be applied to another stay that calendar year providing we have a site available. This only applies if the change is made at least 30 days in advance of the original reservation.  

No refund for early departure regardless of the reason.

There is a $5/day fee for 50 amp service.

There is a credit card fee of 4%.

We do not park RVs after dark. Please plan accordingly.

Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The park speed limit is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and do not drive through empty sites.

WIFI, Cellular, and TV:

For your convenience we provide Wifi hotspot. 

Wifi speed and availability is not guaranteed.  

The only cellular company that will have a signal at Pleasant Valley is AT&T. 

We do not guarantee Satellite TV signal in our park.  

Visitors:

ALL visitors of park guests must check in at the office or with the camp hosts upon entering the park.

ALL visitors must park in the back in overflow parking in designated sites. Visitors are not allowed to park at the site of the people they are visiting, in the roadways, in open sites, or by the Rec. Room.

Visitor fees per day are as follows: $5/person, $5/visiting pet, and $5/vehicle for parking. 

Overnight visitors will incur an additional $10/person/night fee. Failure to check in at the office or park in the back in designated parking spots will result in the visitor being asked to leave the park.  

RV Park guests and their visitors are financially responsible for any damages to park property whether intentional or accidental. Guests and visitors use park amenities at their own risk. The park is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, or other catastrophic event.

All RV's must be in good sound working condition. Management of Pleasant Valley RV reserves the right to approve or reject any guest, visitor, or RV.

Common courtesy will prevail among guests and visitors. Profane, abusive, or threatening language or actions will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such activities will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.

All children must be accompanied by an adult when at Pleasant Valley RV Park.  

There is no washing of RV's, vehicles, ATV, or motorcycles with a hose or bucket at your site. Please do not use a hose to wash off your concrete pad, lawn chairs, etc.

Propane is for sale by bottle only. Propane tanks will be filled if requested at the office.

Ice can be purchased at the office. Drinks, snacks, ice cream, camping items, and gift items are available at the camp boutique.

Sites:

Please keep everything out of the lawn. No satellite dishes, lawn chairs, tables, grills, coolers, yard art, dog dishes, or fencing of any kind placed on lawns.  

Please do not drive stakes in the lawn, they may be put outside the border of the lawn. 

No dog fencing/playpens at the sites. 

Please do not set your grill on our picnic tables.

No tents, shade structures, or clothes lines.  

Nothing can be hung in or tied to the trees.

Vehicles:

Sites are designed for 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site. 

Extra vehicles, motorcycles, UTV, ATV's, and trailers must be parked in the back, if space is available. 

There is a charge per extra vehicle, toy, or trailer. Parking will be assigned by the office.

Dumpsters:

Trash dumpsters are located at the back of the property. 

Dumpsters are for household trash ONLY. 

No large boxes please. All boxes must be broken down to conserve space in the dumpster. 

Please do not place trash on top of or on the ground near the dumpsters. We have lots of wildlife in the area.  

All trash must be bagged.

No fireworks, firearms, explosives, open pit fires, or any type of Hibachi grill are allowed in the park. Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed at the sites.

Pets:

PVRV does have breed restrictions, please inquire

Pet owners are legally responsible for their pet. 

There is a 2 pet limit at the park. The charge for additional pets will be $5.00/day/pet.  

All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet long AT ALL TIMES. There are no exceptions to this rule.  

Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately. If a pet owner is seen not picking up after their pet, a $25 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and the camper will be asked to leave the park.

Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings at PVRV or outside on lunge lines unless they are being monitored by an adult. 

Please do not tie lunge lines for your dog to our trees.  

Smoking:

No smoking or vaping in any of the buildings at PVRV. 

Smoking/vaping is allowed only at your rented site. 

Cigarette butts must be disposed of in trash containers and not thrown on the ground. 

Marijuana is not allowed at PVRV.

No flushing of black or grey water tanks. Each RV is to have 1 connection from our water supply to your RV fresh water line. Any connection of a sewer line to a drinking water line is ILLEGAL in the state of Colorado.

Playground:

The playground equipment is for PVRV campers only. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult

Use of the playground is at your own risk

Parents are financially responsible for any damages to the playground or play equipment

Fishing:

Fishing is allowed the length of Pleasant Valley RV Park for PVRV campers only. 

Visitors to the park are not allowed to fish at PVRV without permission from the office.
