Policies
One night of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. There is a $10.00 processing fee per site for ALL cancellations. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund, less the $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% refund, less the $10 processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or early departures are considered nonrefundable. No shows will be charged 100% of the total stay.
