Plasse's Resort

We wish you a pleasant stay. In order to make your stay and that of your fellow campers a pleasant experience, we ask that everyone observe good camping practices. If we can be of any assistance to you, please let us know.

1. Quiet Hours: 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. No music, generators, or other disturbances of any kind during these hours.

2. Quiet pets are welcome if kept on a leash and under control. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after your pet. We caution against leaving pets unattended outside your RV or tent(s). If your pet becomes a nuisance or threat to any guests, and there are any complaints, then it is the right, at management’s discretion, to not allow the pet(s) to remain on the premises. Pet owners must remove pets immediately and only at management discretion can pet(s) return with cooperation of pet owner(s).

3. Please use receptacles provided for all garbage. Please do not dump items, such as, but not limited to; garbage from home, broken chairs, tents, tarps, hazardous material of any kind, plastic/metal ice chests, lumber/treated wood, BBQ/Hibachi, sleeping bags, large children’s toys or car tires/rims. DO NOT put garbage, cans, bottles or disposable diapers in toilets. You must leave your site clean when you check out. Do not leave garbage in the campsite at any time. We do not want to encourage any unnecessary bear activity.

4. An adult must always accompany and supervise children while they are in or around water. Life vests are required. If you do not have one, you can borrow one from the office.

5. Showers are coin operated. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12. Please help us keep our bathhouses and restrooms clean. Please report anything needing attention to the camp office.

6. Campfires are permitted in fire ring only! If the burning wood hangs over/out of the fire ring, this is not an acceptable campfire. Charcoal grills and hibachis are to be used on ground only. Picnic tables are not to be used for cooking under any circumstances. If you bring wood with you for your campfires, you must remove any remaining wood prior to check out. Drown all campfires prior to checkout/Do not leave any campfire unattended. Tiki Torches or similar items are not permitted on Plasse’s Resort property.

7. Illegal drugs, fireworks or firearms are not allowed anywhere within or on Plasse’s Resort property.

8. Only 1 car is allowed per site if size permits. Extra cars require an extra fee of $25.00 and must be kept in the overflow parking area. This is for the safety of our guests in the event of an evacuation or to allow for emergency vehicles to have unobstructed access to all areas.

9. Picnic tables are not to be removed from the campsite without permission from the office. The tables are to be moved by the maintenance crew only.

10. Drive with caution! Motorbikes/dirt bikes are not allowed in campground at any time. Motorbikes/dirt bikes are to be walked out of the campground area before proceeding to the trailheads.

11. For the safety of our guests/children, no unlicensed drivers may operate any motorized vehicle on Plasse’s Resort property at any time!

• THIS INCLUDES ATVs, MOTORBIKES OF ANY SIZE, ELECTRIC CHILDRENS VEHICLES, GOLF CARTS AND ANY OTHER UTILITY VEHICLES.

• PLEASE BE COURTEOUS WHEN DRIVING ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLES WHEN HORSES ARE PRESENT. REMEMBER HORSES ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY!

• For adults using any motorized vehicles, the usage must be kept to a minimum please. (Going to the store, restaurant and showers constitutes minimum use and must obey the 5 MPH speed limit at all times.)

• IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ATV OWNERS: The ATV trail leading from Plasse’s Resort to the El Dorado National Forest is CLOSED. There is no direct access to any trailheads for ATV use from Plasse’s Resort property.

12. Occupants of the park and guests must abide by all Federal, State and County ordinances and laws.

13. Tenants will be required to pay for damages that they or their quests may cause to property, such as but not limited to, damage to faucets, water pipes, picnic tables, etc.

14. Any violation of the above rules can result in immediate eviction and no refunds!
