Plantation Oaks RV Park - Augusta, GA

General Rules – Check out time is 12:00 noon and all rent is to be paid in advance. This park is intended for temporary stay only.

Quiet Time is from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The speed limit on the grounds is 5 miles per hour. Motorcycles, motor scooters, or any type ATV or light vehicle are not to be operated in the park.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Please keep RV space clean. 

All RV’s must stay in assigned space. 

No recreational use of skate boards, motor bikes/scooters, roller skates or roller blades.

All gray water is to be caught in a container and disposed of in a sewer dump station. Please use dump station for dumping holding tanks. All garbage is to be disposed of in provided dumpsters.

Clothes lines are not permitted.

Any vehicle not authorized on campgrounds will be towed at owner’s expense. 

Weapons including firearms, potato guns, slingshots, or bows are not to be brandished or openly displayed in R.V. Park.

Failure to abide by any of the park/camper court rules is grounds for immediate eviction.

City of Augusta reserves the right to limit time of stay.

Permanent satellite antennas are not allowed.

Please no cut through between spaces in order to grow grass. 

Animals are to be kept inside campers unless being walked and must be walked on a leash.

All payments are due in advance with no refunds for early check out.

Park Attendant is available to meet at the park Mon - Sat: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Sun.

Campground is open 24/7.

Children and pets are welcome.

All units must be self contained with electric service, water, and sewer.

All units must be in good working order and qualify as an RV.

No RVs allowed over 15 years of age.

No tent camping or dry camping.

No school buses or tiny houses.

All guests are asked to wear appropriate attire including shirts and shoes when outside at all times.

Park your RV and any other vehicles as directed during check in.

Park autos parallel with the main road line in the direction of traffic in grassy area.

Do not block access to other sites.

Call the park attendant if your access is blocked.

Use a water pressure regulator attached at the faucet.

Protect water and sewer lines in the event of freezing temperatures.

All pets (including cats) must stay on a leash at all times when outdoors.

When you walk your pet, pick up after them and deposit waste in the dumpster.

Do not throw trash, waste, garbage or litter on park grounds.

Keep your RV site clean all times.

Do not allow pets to void on the shrubs or flowers.

Do not leave pets unattended outside your RV.

Children are the responsibility of their parents.

Park Speed limit is 5 mph.

Follow the lane direction markings.

PET POLICY:

NON vicious, small size pets under 50lbs are welcome in RV sites only with prior approval from the management. To continue welcoming pets we enforce a pet policy. A responsible pet owner will find the following to be basic requirements.

Pet behavior and hygiene is the sole responsibility of the owner.

Pets should be kept on a leash or inside the guest’s RV.

Local Law requires pets to be on a short leash (6 feet or less) at all times.

Pets should NEVER be left tied outside unattended.

A dog walk area is provided for pet hygiene.

Pet owner must pick up after their pet in all park areas including your site and dog walk.

Only sight assisting animals are permitted in park buildings.

No aggressive pets allowed including Pitt Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Chows, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies etc.….
