Garbage – place outside near the road no earlier that 7am and no later than 10am. Dumpsters are also located at the front of the park near the office.

Ground Fires – not permitted. However, firepits and bbq pits are permitted as long as they are off the ground. Please note we are under burn bans from time to time and no fires are permitted during burn bans.

Late Check Out – please check with the office about late check outs.

Laundry Room – open 24/7. Machines take quarters which are available in the office.

Pets – limit 2, aggressive pets not permitted. Pets are not permitted in Rec Center, Saloon or Laundry Room. However, bring your furry friend in to the office for a treat!

Quiet Time – 10pm – 7am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

River Access – no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

RV Wash – RV washes are allowed by professional mobile washers only that bring in their own water.

RV & Vehicle Condition – all rigs must be registered and in running or operational order. RVs should look and function as originally designed. Any RV over 10 years old must be approved by management. Unsightly RVs will not be permitted.

Sewer – Texas State Law requires a screw in sewer connection.

Site Standards – no one likes to camp next to a messy site, and a messy campsite can be an open invitation to unwanted wildlife. Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter. Customers shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections provided by the campground/resort.

Site Maximum – up to 6 people maximum. Rates are based on 2 people, additional fees for extra guests. See Rates.

Speed Limit – 5mph.

Swimming Pool & Spa – for paid, overnight guests only. Open summer hours 10am-10pm and winter hours 10am-9pm. Adults only in spa. Children under 15 must have an adult guardian present to swim.

Vehicles – must have vehicle pass displayed in windshield, do not park in or drive thru empty sites.

Visitors – must register and pay in office.

Pet Policy (Two pet limit, no pets allowed in Rentals.)

• ANY ANIMAL/PET EXHIBITING AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IS PROHIBITED FROM THE PARK. Bandera Pioneer River Resort has zero tolerance for aggressive animal behavior.

• Animals/pets must be KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Electronic leashes are not acceptable.

• Animals/pets are NOT ALLOWED in any buildings, the swimming pool, the spa area or restrooms. We do, however, welcome pets to come in the office for a daily treat.

• Please allow your animal/pet to RELIEVE THEMSELVES ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS to include the dog run and along the perimeter fence area. Designated areas DO NOT include plants, shrubs, flowers, flowerbeds, the areas surrounding any buildings or any site other than your own.

• All animal/pet DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP, BAGGED and placed in a trash receptacle.

• DO NOT LEAVE ANIMALS/PETS UNATTENDED on the property. Animals/pets are not to be tied, chained outside unattended.

• The animal/pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal/pet to our property and the property of others. Applicable charges will be assessed to cover the cost of repairing damages.

Upon check in you agree that you understand all of Bandera Pioneer River Resort’s policies regarding animals. You agree to take full responsibility, at all times, for any animal you, or your guests, bring into the park. You assume full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury or death you or your guests’ animals may cause, whether directly or indirectly. You understand and agree Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort is not liable in any way for any damage, injury or death or damage resulting from animals brought into the park, directly or indirectly. You hereby waive all liability to Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort, and agree to mediate all claims with the pet owners directly.

This property is privately owned. You accept camping and site usage privileges and other services with the understanding that you and your party do hereby release Bandera Time, Inc. d.b.a. Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort, its officers, employees, and agents of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to you and/or your party arising out of the use of the Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort property, facilities, and services and you agree to indemnify Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort, its officers, employees and agents against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to you or your party arising out of the use of the Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort property, facilities, and services.

For the safety and the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask you to observe the following good

camping practices. Management reserves the right to delete from and/or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice.

ALL VEHICLES: All vehicles must stop at the office for a car pass. No driving through empty sites.

ALL VISITORS: All visitors must register at the office. Rates are based on 2 adults per RV. Notify us if you have guests. There will be an extra charge for guests. You may have 6 people per site max. Visitors pay $5.00 each per day.

PARKING: Park your vehicle in line with your rig. Do not park in the site next to you. Extra parking is available near the park entrance. No parking in any empty site.

RESTROOMS & SHOWERS: Located in the Recreation Center Building

BE CONSIDERATE: Turn out porch lights when you retire.

4-WHEELERS: They CANNOT be ridden in the park.

TEXAS STATE LAW: The law states that you must use proper sewer connections. Do not use formaldehyde chemicals in the holding tanks. Fittings and chemicals are available in the office.

PETS: 2 pet limit. Quiet pets, under control and on a short leash are welcome. Owners are responsible for the disposal of pet waste. Our guests appreciate your consideration. Pets may not be tied up outside unsupervised and must be kept inside during the night. See PET RULES in office.

SMOKERS: Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Ashtrays are located outside the buildings and in the swimming pool enclosure.

GARBAGE: Collected daily from each site at approximately 9:30 am. Please place all garbage in a durable plastic bag, and tie. Set out in front of your site AFTER DAYBREAK and BEFORE 10:00am for pickup. Please DO NOT put garbage out at night. It will attract unwanted critters.

GROUND FIRES: Ground fires at your campsite are NOT allowed. Ashes in BBQ and pits can be picked up by staff. Please request pickup.

QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

CAMPSITE CLEANLINESS: Please keep campsites clean! "A clean camp is a happy camp!"

WASHING: Vehicle and RV washing is allowed in parking lot by Rec Center. $5.00 per vehicle and $10.00 per RV. NOT ON SITE. Professional mobile wash companies may wash at your site provide the service power washes only and bring their own water.

LAUNDRY: Open 24/7. Please do not hang clotheslines at your campsite.

VEHICLE CONDITION: All RVs must be licensed and in running condition to be on property. NO inoperable vehicles allowed. Vehicles not in compliance will be towed at owner's expense.

SWIMMING POOL and SPA: 10am – 10pm (summer) 10am – 9pm (winter). All rules are posted and enforced. Adults only may use the spa. Use the pool and spa at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort assumes no liability. Pool use for paid overnight guest only. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.

An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 when in the pool area, the bathrooms, and the recreation halls.

MAIL, MESSAGES, FAX, & COPIES: If you wish to have mail forwarded here during your stay, the mailing address is: PO Box 1687, Bandera, TX 78003. All incoming mail is held inside the office. Photocopies are available at the office for 10¢ per copy. Fax service available: $1 for the first page and 50¢ for each additional page. Fax number is 830-796-3370.

US POST OFFICE: Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday and closed Saturdays. All mail goes to PO Box.

An important reminder to Bandera Pioneer RV River Resort guests and their pets:

The following policies and pet owner's responsibilities have been established to provide for a safe and sanitary facility and to assist us in achieving and maintaining the industry's highest possible quality ratings. Your compliance with these policies and responsibilities is paramount to our decision to extend camping and river privileges to you and to allow your pet within the resort.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

• ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

• Electronic leashes are NOT acceptable.

• Pets are NOT ALLOWED in any buildings, the swimming pool, the spa area or restrooms.

• Pets are allowed to relieve themselves ONLY in designated areas. Designated areas are along the perimeter fence area. Designated areas DO NOT include plants, shrubs, flowers, flowerbeds, or any site other than your own and DOES NOT include the areas surrounding any buildings.

• ALL PET DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM ALL AREAS. This includes the annex, along the street, across the street, etc. Droppings must be BAGGED and put in the proper trash receptacle, NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Pets must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle or RV. Stray pets are subject to collection by animal control officers.

• Please do not leave pets unattended on the property. If you leave the property, take your pet with you or place your pet inside your RV. Please do not tie your pet outside your vehicle or RV when you leave the property.

• You are responsible for the actions of your pet and any damage caused by your pet to our property and the property of others. When necessary, applicable charges will be assessed to cover the cost of repairing damages.

• These breeds are not accepted: Pitbull, Wolf hybrid, Doberman, Rottweiler, American Bulldog and Chow.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM

THIS PARK.
