Occupancy, Rules, Fees

Max (6) people per site ( including small children).

$5/per vehicle per night for additional vehicles. Max (2) vehicles per site.

Some sites do not allow enough room for more than one vehicle, additional vehicles may be required to park in overflow area.

CAMPING IN VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED.

$43/late Check-Out fee (Check-Out is Noon).

Maximum of (1) RV camping unit per site, no tents allowed at RV sites.

(3) night minimum stay on Holiday weekends(Memorial, Independence, Labor Day)

$50 return check fee.

$100 smoking violation fee inside buildings.

$30 excessive trash or broken glass left in units or camp site fee.

We will make every effort to accommodate specific site requests at the time of booking; however, we reserve the right to change the site assignment based on campground needs.

It is your responsibility to review and follow the rules. Your reservation/payment constitutes your acceptance of these rules and liability statement listed below. Management reserves the right to charge the stated violation fees and/or eject any party without a refund for violation of any of these rules.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We love and welcome well-behaved domestic pets. They must be leashed, picked-up after and kept quiet and under control at all times. DO NOT leave pets unattended or tied up outside while you are gone. A maximum of (2) pets per site is allowed. Pets are prohibited from the office, laundry room and restrooms. Failure to comply may result in your being asked to leave without a refund. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. We are not a doggy daycare so don't bring them with you if you are planning on leaving them!

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS. Please be courteous when smoking outside. Dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep your smoke away from other guests. The use of marijuana is prohibited on Navajo Lake Resort property.

Each site requires a responsible party to be registered. Credit card information of the responsible party must be given at the time of reservation/registration even if paying by cash. The credit card of the responsible party will be charged the amount stated for violation of any of the rules. You are responsible for damage caused by yourself and/or members of your camping party or your visitors. Parents are expected to act responsibly in the watch and care of their children and pets. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Washing dishes outside at site faucets or in the restrooms is prohibited. Water in white plastic tubes is ditch water and not to be consumed.

Your trash must be tied in plastic bags. Dumpsters are located across from the restrooms for your convenience. Do not leave trash outside. Please keep your site neat and leave it clean for the next campers.

Campfires are allowed ONLY in self-contained fire-pits. A limited amount of fire pits are available, please feel free to bring your own wood/gas burner.

Cutting trees or breaking branches are prohibited. We appreciate your respect for our property.

The display or use of fireworks and firearms is prohibited on our property. This includes BB, pellet and airsoft guns.

ATV's, golf carts, dirt bikes or mini bikes are not allowed to be driven by guests on our property. For your safety, bicycles should not be used after sunset.

Vehicle repairs including oil changes and washing of vehicles & RV's are not permitted in the campground.

Your visitors are welcome at Navajo Lake Resort. Guests and visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground rules. A copy of our rules is presented or reviewed at time of Check-in to the responsible party. All visitors must leave the campground by 10p.m. The Responsible Party is responsible for the conduct of their visitors and will be responsible for violation charges.

SPEED LIMIT : 5 MPH PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR CHILDREN PLAYING!!!

Navajo Lake Resort Inc., nor any of its employees are responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.
