Looking for a place to stop and smell the Christmas trees? Escape to the rolling, tree-lined hills of a Christmas tree farm with a ready-to-go campsite.

Camp with minimal effort in the included platform tent with a queen size bed and an accompanying pop-up tent. Campsite includes a fire pit, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a Tentrr Loo. One bundle of firewood is included (additional are available for purchase).

Campsite overlooks sizable pond perfect for fishing, and property borders Rothrock State Forest, perfect for exploring, hiking, and cross country skiing. A short drive will get you to Alan Seeger Natural Area, Whipple's Dam, and Greenwood Furnace. Hop in the car for 30 minutes to get to State College, PA or Raystown Lake.

While you stay, consider adding on a tree farm tour, guided hike, fresh linens, pond fishing gear, s'mores kit, and so much more!

House rules for a happy stay

Policies

Full refund, less booking fees, up to 3 days before check-in. 50% refund, less booking fees, when canceling within 3 days of check-in. 0% refund when canceling after 3pm on the check-in date.

Check-in time is 3 PM. Bed in canvas tent has a queen memory foam mattress, but be sure to bring your own bedding unless you add on fresh linens. Bring your own food, but please keep it tightly sealed in containers or coolers.

No fires except at campsite in fire pit. No outside firewood is allowed. First bundle is included and
additional bundle are available for purchase. No fireworks. No hunting. Well behaved dogs are all permitted on leash. Pick up all trash and secure at designated spot next to parking area. Fishing in pond is "catch and release" only. This is a non-smoking property.

Before departing the campsite, you must clean and tidy area. Failure to follow these guidelines can result in a minimum cleaning fee of $50.
