Pets

Pets are more than welcome here at Pine Ridge, just be courteous and clean up after your pet. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and must never be left unattended outside your RV. Dogs left unattended inside your RV are fine as long as they are not barking and causing a nuisance. At this time there are no breed restrictions concerning dogs, however aggressive pets of any size/breed may be asked to leave along with their owners. Refunds will not be forthcoming under circumstances such as these.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is from 10 pm until 8 am every night. Please be courteous to your fellow campers and follow this rule. 

Check In and Check Out Time

Check in time is 1 pm daily and check out is noon. There may be exceptions to this depending on reservations made by others. Check with management to arrange for early check in or late check out. No checking in after dark during peak season. If you are running late call the office to make late arrival arrangements. You will not be asked to forfeit your reservation if you are running late.

Campfires and Grills

Pine Ridge RV Park is within the city limits of Ruidoso, therefore we follow their regulations. No campfires and no wood burning appliances of any kind are ever allowed. Depending on fire restrictions in place, charcoal and gas grills may or may not be allowed. The following website will keep us all current on the latest restrictions. https://www.ruidoso-nm.gov/ruidoso-fire-department No fireworks are allowed at Pine Ridge RV Park.

No Tent Camping

We don't have facilities for tent camping.

RV Sites

Sewer collars must be used and screwed in to prevent leakage of any kind. Most sites are only big enough for one vehicle. Check with management for additional vehicles. Please double check what you are doing to be sure no damage is done to yours or anyone else's property. You will be held financially accountable for any damages caused by your negligence.  

Washing Cars and RVs

Washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited without management approval. There is a $25.00 charge and you must use a hose nozzle to minimize water waste.

WI-FI

Free state of the art WIFI is available throughout the park with adequate bandwidth to take care of most internet needs. An additional WIFI channel is available with more bandwidth for people that might need a little more capability. There is a small charge for the premium WIFI channel, for more information check with the office.

Unexpected Long-term Stays

Anyone is welcome to increase the duration of their stay here at Pine Ridge RV Park. However since it is our policy to charge metered electricity for stays longer than one week, guests can expect an electricity charge if they extend their stay due to whatever the circumstance. Metering begins at the end of the first week.

All park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the use and convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using these facilities do so at their own risk and consent. The park management is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, or acts of God. This property is under 24 hour surveillance.
