CHECK-IN begins at 4:00PM. We will accommodate early check ins if available, but cannot guarantee an early check in. If arriving after 7:00PM, please call to make arrangements as our front desk is open from 7:00AM to 7:00PM.

CHECKOUT is at 10:00AM. Late check-out is not an option and a fee of $70.00 will be charged for every hour a cabin/RV space is occupied past check-out.

QUIET HOURS Pine Haven Venue & Lodging (PHVL) observes property-wide quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are required to abide by these quiet hours with respect to our surrounding neighbors. Ignorance of quiet hours will result in one verbal warning, followed by a $100.00 fine with the second warning. Upon a third noise issue/complaint, the cabin guests will be asked to leave without refund. If law enforcement is called due to excessive noise, destruction of property, or criminal activity, a $250.00 fine will be charged to the guaranteed card on file.

SMOKING All Pine Haven buildings are non-smoking and if the non-smoking expectation is violated the guarantor will be charged with the fees required to rid the area of smoke scent and stains.

We reserve the right to move your reserved unit/site for any reason at any time.

LOST OR STOLEN Pine Haven Venue & Lodging is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

HOUSEKEEPING is family style. Rooms will not be cleaned daily but will be refreshed upon request. This refreshment includes replacement of towels and emptying of garbage cans.

CHILDREN'S LOFT & CABINS Camp mattresses do not include bedding. Blankets and pillows are available at the front office store to rent for an additional $25. Cabin guests will be charged for destroyed/missing linens, pillows, towels, appliances, and cabin furnishings. A fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file if additional cleaning is deemed necessary.

PETS Dogs are allowed at RV sites and in pet-friendly cabins.

• We have 10 dog friendly cabins. A fee of $15, per pet, per night will be charged for dogs in cabins.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and picked up after immediately.

• Dogs must also be kenneled if they are left in cabins alone.

• Damages caused by pets to Pine Haven Venue & Lodging will be charged to the owner's card on file.

• Guests are required to pick up after their dogs. Pine Haven Venue & Lodging will charge a $25.00 fee to guests who do not do so.

FIREWOOD must be purchased from the front office for $8.00. Guests are not allowed to burn outside firewood due to risk of green mountain ash beetle transfer.

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is not allowed into the venue space/patio/lawn.

PHVL is a public resort that often hosts events. Please be mindful and respectful of all guests. PHVL management reserves the right to dismiss any guest at any time, for any reason. PHVL is not responsible for injury to persons or property occurring upon PHVL property or as a result of any event occurring on Pine Haven property.
