    Pikes peak RV Park is located just a fifteen-minute walk from Manitou springs; where you can find plenty of entertainment for the whole family and many places to shop and eat. Not only is our park close to town, but we are also practically right next door to Garden of the Gods and other outdoor attractions such as: the Manitou Incline, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak itself and more!Other than our convenient location our park offers a variety of picturesque views. For example, a beautiful creek runs though our park offering a nice ambiance and view for our Creekside guests. If you're not one for ambiance the opposite side of the park is along a walking trail which offers a quieter stay and Pikes Peak is in view. No matter where you stay in our park you will often find a plethora of wildlife that visit; from deer, and ducks to beavers!

    Rules & regulations

    For late check-ins, look in the drop box outside the office for a map with your name on it that will contain all check-in information. If you do not have a reservation, no worry, we will also have our available sites in an envelope to fill out.

    One lane bridge to the park; please do not park on the bridge to keep traffic flowing. Reminder to check in at the front office before parking!

    Check-in is at 1pm, while check-out is at 11am. If you need a late checkout, check-in with the front desk if your site is available. Additional charges will apply.
    *Please park at the site assigned to you to prevent double booking.

    Spaces only accommodate one vehicle! We have overflow parking across the bridge by the dog park area. Larger vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking. No tents will be permitted on a site that already has an RV.

    Pet Guidelines
    No aggressive dogs permitted. Also please respect your neighbors and don’t allow your dog to be barking, we ask you to put them inside if they continue, we may ask they be removed off the park.

    Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 17 and under stay free. Pets are welcome.
