House rules for a happy stay
Policies
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
30 days before check-in: 100% refund
14 days before check-in: 50% refund
13 days before check-in: Non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
Check In Policy: Come to the office and we will direct you to your site. Please call us for early check-ins, we might be able to accommodate you.
Check-In: 12 pm (noon) - Flexible
Check-Out: 11 am
Pet Policy
All pets must be pre-approved, no aggressive breeds shall be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm. to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of all other guests in the park. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Protecting Our Grass
To protect our grass, please stay on sidewalks and roads. No mats or rugs on the grass. Do not cut the flowers.
Garbage Disposal
Place trash in plastic bags and deposit in the dumpster.
Speed Limit
Follow park speed limit of 10 MPH.
RV Requirements
RVs must be 10 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management).
Campfires
Campfires are allowed only in the designated areas.
