Peacock Meadows offers Rocky Mountain nature in all it's splendor. We have more than 7 acres of nature trails, wetlands and even a large active beaver pond. Our beaver pond is the home for a large beaver family, muskrats, deer, multiple fish species and is an annual breeding habitat for ducks and geese. One naturalist recently counted more than 25 species of birds in less than an hour - including a beautiful pair of bald eagles who frequent our park. If you're a nature lover, our park has a lot to offer.

Online reservations will be paid in full and are non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
Pets:
Pets who exhibit aggressive/dangerous behavior, potentially dangerous behavior or other dangerous dispositions to people, or other pets are not allowed in the park.
A pet will not be permitted to disturb the health, safety, rights, comfort or peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other guests.
All pets must be on a leash with the owner any time they are outside. They are not allowed to roam free. Pets are not allowed in any buildings.
Immediately clean up after your pets in ALL AREAS of the park and dispose of it properly (bagged and in the dumpster or designated Pet Waste Stations).
*Management reserves the right to remove any camper or guest who does not comply with the above policy without refund.
Sorry tent camping, pop ups, vans & truck campers are not allowed.
Rates:
Rates do not include tax. Rates are for two people. Additional persons, 10 years or older, are $3 per day, per person ($50 per month max).
Children under ten, high speed internet, pets, and one additional vehicle are free. We do not offer any discounts at this time.
Seven nights or longer requires payment for electric usage. An electric reading will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
Daily Rate Deposit and Refund Policy:
Due to our short season, a deposit is required at time of reservation.
Daily Reservations require a $65 non-refundable deposit.
Seven nights or longer (up to 29 nights) require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Monthly Reservations require a $200 non-refundable deposit.
July reservations require payment in full and is non-refundable.
