Patriot RV Park - Rockport

Cancellations more than a month prior to your reservation date will receive a full refund. 

Cancelations less than a month prior to your reservation date will incur a $50 Cancellation Fee with the remaining reservation total refunded to the payment type used.  

Any Cancellations WITHIN 7 days of your reservation date will receive ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND. 

If you decide to leave early within your reservation, there will be NO PRORATED REFUND. i.e.: you book a 10 day reservation and stay for 6 you will not get a 4 day refund. No exceptions. 

General Rules:

Treat the park and other residents as you would want to be treated.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Patriot RV Parks is not responsible for any US Postal Service, FedEx,

UPS, etc. letters or packages.

Reservation holders are responsible for all actions of their visitors, guests and pets. 

Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children under the age of 18.

Parents are financially responsible for any damages to the park or other residents.

Reservation holders assume all risk of loss or damage and are responsible for carrying their own insurance.

Any damages to the property will be billed directly to the Reservation holder 

The Park is not responsible for injuries of any manner that occur on the property.

The Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

No subleasing of any kind allowed. All guests must be registered.

No additional appliances are allowed outside the RV.

No plants or objects shall be outside that interfere with maintenance.

All trash must be placed in the proper receptacle. Always keep dumpster doors closed.

The area around each site must be clean and orderly at all times.

24 Hour correction grace period if violation is identified before $25.00 fine per day.

Each Guest is highly encouraged to provide their own GFCI protection.

The Park is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages due to power surges or fluctuations.

No Tents or pop-up trailers allowed at Burnet, Seguin, Austin or Victoria. Tents are allowed for camping sites in Luling.

No digging, erecting poles or installing satellites without approval.  

No tampering with electrical boxes.

Water pressure regulators are highly recommended.

No hazardous materials or foreign chemicals are authorized onsite.

Zero tolerance for harassing or disruptive behavior to Park staff or other Park Guests .

No discounts for interrupted utility, cable, wifi services.

All Resident RV's must be clean and in good working condition.

No auto repairs or trailer repairs are allowed in the Park.

The Park reserves the right to refuse service based upon RV appearance and/or condition. 

Certified collar required for all sewer and grey water connections.

No open flames or fireplaces are allowed. Personal BBQ grills are authorized.

Holiday decorations must be removed in a timely manner.

Arrivals & Departures

Check-in time is 1:00pm.  

Check-out time is 12:00pm. Site must be clean and inspected prior to deposit release.

There are no refunds for early departure.

All new residents must register with Patriot RV Parks.  

Parking & Speed Limits

SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH at all times.

All vehicles must be in good working condition and registered with the Park.

No boats or flat-bed trailers allowed without prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

Parking in vacant RV sites will result in the vehicle being towed.

No parking in grass or outside designated areas.

Pet Rules

The Park has sole discretion on allowing any/all pets on the property.

No dogs on aggressive dog breed list allowed.

The Park may terminate guests pet approval at any time regardless of prior authorization.

All pets must be on a leash in the owner's hand at all times while in the Park.

Owners / Reservation holders are responsible for any damage or physical harm of their pet.

Owners/ Reservation holders are responsible to clean up after their pet at all times and dispose properly.

Pets are not to be left outdoors unattended.

Barking or disruptive behavior is not allowed and will be strictly enforced.

Limit two pets per space.
