Are you searching for a destination campground where there is something to do, any time of year? Parkview Riverside RV Resort has all this and much more. We are located in Concan, TX smack dab in the middle of the Texas Hill Country. Directly across the Frio River is Garner State Park, the most visited state park in Texas. People of all ages love the refreshing spring-fed waters of the Frio during the spring and summer months. When it gets too cold to swim, a quiet stroll down the river’s edge is always nice and of course, you can fish year round.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Summer reservations will be accepted prior to Jan 1 of each year for stays of 7 nights or longer only. Reservations for June & July must have a 7 night minimum.
Cancellations made 60 days in advance or longer = 100% refund, 30 days to 60 days = 50% refund, less than 30 days = no refund.
Reservations for Memorial Day through Labor Day may not be shortened. Upon arrival you are responsible for payment of all dates and sites reserved. No refund will be given for early departure. Vacant sites may be rented at discretion of Parkview management.
If you will not be arriving on your scheduled check-in date, you must notify our office in advance. If you do not, your site will be released at 10 am the day after scheduled arrival (with no refund). No-shows will pay the balance of site before any future reservations may be made.
Rules & regulations
Rates are for 2 person occupancy. Add $4 per night each for more than 2 people (infants excluded).
A maximum of eight people are permitted per site. One vehicle in addition to RV is permitted free of charge. Additional vehicles are permitted at $6 per day (maximum of 2 vehicles may park at site, others must park in overflow area). All automobiles, golf carts, ATVs, and UTVs will be considered vehicles and will be charged accordingly upon arrival.
