Paradise on the River

Our spacious “mountain home cottage” is a favorite among families visiting. Directly on the river with a large covered deck, this 3 bedroom 2 bath plus loft cottage sleeps max of 10 people – private outdoor hot tub, no pets. King size log bed in the master bedroom with attached bath/shower and Flat Screen TV.

Two additional guest rooms, 1 with two full size beds and the other with Queen bed + twin day bed. There is also a full size flat screen cable tv/dvd for family viewing in the great room and WIFI. The tub/shower in the 2nd bathroom is complete with all towels/linens needed. The loft area has a twin pull out couch, but a queen inflatable mattress is available upon request. The couch in the family room also makes into a queen bed (with memory foam mattress).

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the dishes/pots & pans needed to entertain larger groups. We provide a gas grille as well as a propane fire ring on the deck. The dining room can seat 8 with an additional table in the kitchen for seating another 4 (plus outdoor seating on the covered deck). This cottage is ideal for small family reunions or weddings.

We offer a two person special where the master suite is available (closing off the other bedrooms & bath). The remaining house plus outdoor hot tub is of course available for use.

For that special occasion when it’s just the two of you. This is our couples cabin with fabulous views up and down the river and just steps from your private hot tub.

Coyote Ridge is a 34’ Reflection 5th wheel by Grand Design, built in 2017, with opposing slides offering a large gathering room with fireplace. While not directly on the river, everyone has access to the Big Thompson, including our covered patio, riverside for fishing or peaceful relaxation.

This cabin offers a view of the wildlife crossing in the Spring & Fall and has privacy screening with a large private gazebo on the deck.
