Rules & regulations

Park Rules and Policies:

We are a family park and want to insure our families and children have a fun, safe place to enjoy. 

All Class A, B, C, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, Slide-Ins and Pop-Ups welcome but must be in good working condition. They are subject to inspection. 

Please do not hesitate to contact the staff if you have any questions or concerns.

Check In /Check Out:

Check In 2 PM CST - Check Out 12 PM

Early Check possible, please inquire with office staff.

Late check-ins allowed, please contact office for instructions.

Quiet Time:

Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. No running of generators.

Site Maintenance:

Please keep your site neat and free of litter including cigarettes. Put everything in the trash (not the Fire Ring) to be disposed of properly.

Do not place grills or cooking appliances on picnic tables without a protective mat.

Store all food and food items properly after each meal. 

Do not dispose of leftover food items on the grounds or firepits.

Do not leave dog poop bags on picnic table or on the ground. Dispose of properly.

Parking & Navigation:

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless special arrangements made by staff.

Do not park your vehicle, trailer or any extras in the grass areas.

No washing of RV or vehicles at site.

Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.

Please use main roads and designated paths to walk around the campground.

Must be 16 or older to operate any vehicles, golf carts etc. within the park.

No charging of Electric Vehicles. Charging is subject to $100 fee.

Pet Policy:

Maximum 2 pets per site. Aggressive dogs may not be allowed.

Pets must be on a leash at all times in the park. 

No pets can be left unattended at site or in RV for extended periods of time for their safety and comfort as well as your neighbors.

No one wants poop on their shoes or in their living areas. Be a good neighbor! Please clean up after your pet always including the dog walk. A fee may be accessed if determined not cleaning up.

Do not leave pets tied to anything and left unattended for any reason.

All pets must be vaccinated.

Restrooms:

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. 

We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. 

Children must have adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers.

No pets allowed in the restrooms.

Playground Areas:

Children must be supervised at all times within the park for their safety. 

Trash Disposal:

Trash pickup at 10 am daily.

Please tie all trash bags completely closed and place at end of site before 10 am. 

Do not place your trash bag or dog waste bag on the ground or on the picnic tables. 

Do not put trash bag out at night due to varmits.

Fire Rings/Open Fires:

Fire Rings are located on each site. 

Fires must be in designated fire rings or portable firepit. 

Do not move Fire Rings.

Only paper and wood used in the Fire Rings. 

No food or cigarettes in fire ring.

No open fires permitted.

No trimming of limbs or chopping down trees for firewood.

Propane Fire Pits are permitted.

Tree/Shrub Damage:

Please do not put nails or screws of any kind in trees. 

No trimming or cutting of trees or shrubs.

Clotheslines:

Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Animals/Wildlife:

Do not feed, shoot or harm the wildlife.

Repairs:

Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted unless previous approval from office staff.

Visitors:

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park.

All visitors must stop in the office to register.

Fireworks and Firearms:

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park.

Conduct:

We are a family park, please adhere to the following.

No obscenity, offensive language or disruptive behavior allowed.

Actions by any person of any nature which may be dangerous or may create a health and safety problem or disturb others are not permitted. 

The use or display of any weapon is expressly forbidden.

Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other substance shall not be permitted in any common area or other area of the Park which is generally open to other residents and their guest.

Loud music or noise is not permitted. Radios, TV sound etc. outside the RV must be kept at a low volume as not to disturb other guests.

You are responsible for the actions and conduct of all occupants or guests at your site. Such responsibility shall include, but not limited to, financial responsibility for any breakage, destruction or vandalism to the Park facilities and common areas.  

Management reserves the right to remove or have removed anyone violating the rules. No refunds given for remainder of stay for said removal.

Safety and Emergencies:

If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (931) 287-7599 24 hours a day.

If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

In the event of severe weather, we will send text alerts to your phone if you signed up during check in.

Your Data / Privacy:

We reserve the right to keep your information on our servers.  

All credit card information is NOT kept on our servers, but is kept for one year on our processors' servers.

We will never sell your information to third parties, but may send you periodic emails.  

You may opt out of these at any time.

Insurance:

Park does not carry public liability or property damage insurance to compensate you, your guest or any other person for any loss, damage or injury except those resulting from actions where Park would be legally liable for such loss, damage or injury. You are responsible for obtaining at your own cost, extended coverage for RV, fire and other casualty and liability insurance as is necessary to protect you, your guest or others from loss or liability. Evidence of insurance is required upon application for tenancy at the Park. Failure to provide evidence of insurance may, at the option of Paradise on the Mountain RV Park, void the Agreement and you will be required to vacate the Park.
