House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Campsites: 3 day advance notice required or forfeit first night deposit
Vintage Trailers: 10 day advance notice required or forfeit first night deposit
Cancellations made prior to the advance notice will receive the deposit
Holiday Cancellation Policy: All cancellations subject to forfeit on 1st night's stay. Reservations require minimum deposit equal to first night at the time of reservation.
Rules & regulations
Campsite: We will advise you the site number to park your RV. After 10pm arrival, please park in the parking lot so not to disturb others. All after hour campsite checkins, please come to the office the following morning to advise your arrival and sign the registration card.
Check-In Time:
RV & Tent Sites: 12:30 PM / Hotel and Vintage Trailers: 3:00 PM. Please make prior arrangements if you expect to arrive after office hours.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. The front desk staff may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available, additional fees apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests please plan prompt departures.
Pet Policy:
Campsites: Pets welcome, 2 pets maximum.
Vintage Trailers: No Pets
Rates:
Rates include the first 2 persons. A $5 fee applies for each extra person up to a maximum of 6 per campsite. Maximum 1 RV or 3 Tents per campsite and 1 non-camping vehicle per campsite. Children under age 6 are not charged, however they do count toward the site maximum. Vintage Trailers and Hotel Rooms have maximum occupancy restrictions. There are no refunds for early departures.
Resort Fee:
When you reserve a stay at Palm Canyon, we will automatically add a small Resort Fee to your total cost: $12 per night for campsites and $20 per night for hotel rooms and vintage trailers.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor accommodations and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking in designated locations only. A violation of the non-smoking policy may result in a fine of $250.
Recreation: Duet to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the resort.
Pool Area: Pools are open for use. Perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim under the desert sun, or an evening soak accompanied by the brilliant stars.
