WIFI & CELL PHONE DISCLOSURES

Because of our location in the Rocky Mountains, We have NO cell phone coverage. With today's new Cell phones we encourage you to get acquainted with your phone's ability to make and receive calls over our WIFI network with your WIFI calling option on your cell phone. We currently have 5 DSL hot spots with Century Link and also have 3 STARLINK hot spots with speeds ranging from 50mbs to over 200mbs. It is a FREE service we provide to our customers. No refunds for any reason if it does not work to your satisfaction as it is the best we can offer due to our location in the Rocky Mountains.

EMERGENCY LANDLINE PHONE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE.

WIFI & Cabin Satellite TV service is FREE to use. We do not charge for these services. No cabin or RV site refunds will be issued for the reason of not having any of these free services.

We have no control over how the service is being provided. 

In 2023, we had a positive 98% coverage of these services.

As we continue to grow, we are hard at work adding amenities to enhance your camping experience.

2024 PARK RULES AND POLICIES

Our park rules and policies are put in place so everyone can enjoy a peaceful camping experience at Pagosa Springs RV Park. 

Our goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best - but legendary.

At Pagosa Springs RV Park, Cabins and ATV Rentals.

Customer service is always our top priority for every guest we serve.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Most sites have full hookups including water, sewer, and 50 amp electricity. 

We still have a few 30 amp sites that have not been upgraded. 

If you are needing 50 amp service please request that when placing your reservation.

You are personally responsible for any and all damages including lost rental revenue for any damages

you cause to our utilities (water, sewer and electric) during the course of parking your RV in our RV site. 

No excessive noise or music in your campsite or the barbecue area.

ATV's/Dirt bikes/motorized or electric scooters are to be operated by licensed drivers and only to leave/return from the park to your site. Riding these vehicles around the park is NOT permitted.

No walking through other people's sites, use the roads or pathways.

No generator use is allowed. No discharging of firearms or fireworks.

No abuse to the wildlife or feeding the wildlife.

No outdoor laundry hanging (cloths lines) at sites, use laundry room cloths dryers.

Put only biodegradable toilet paper down toilets.

NO OPEN CAMPFIRES, PROPANE FIRE RINGS CAN ONLY BE PLACED ON A GRAVEL SURFACE. NOT ON GRASS,

NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED TO BE RIDDEN ON THE CABIN SIDEWALKS/WALKWAYS.

NO PARKING ON THE GRASS IS ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.

No refunds for early departures. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may terminate your stay without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

DOG RULES

No excessive dog barking - no dog left behind policy for all cabins.

Must be on leash at all times.

Must pick up after them immediately and disposed of properly.

Can not be left outside vehicle unattended (someone must physically be outside with the dog at all times)

Failure to follow these rules can lead to the termination of your stay.

No doggy pens are allowed on any grass area.

Only one (1) RV & 1 vehicle is allowed per campsite.

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Rock throwing is not permitted ​in the campground or on the river. Parents are responsible for the safety & behavior of their children.

Only gas grills are allowed in the park. Wood or charcoal grills are NOT allowed.

No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, scooters or golf carts are to be driven in the park.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Park rules and policies are subject to change at any time by Management.

Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet or party arising due to use of park facilities or caused by others on the premises.

No smoking inside office building, bathroom/shower facilities or laundry room.

No tents are allowed in any of the RV sites.

Please Follow the Park Rules!

Please read the rules of our park, as each camper is responsible for knowing and abiding by them.  

Non-compliance will result in termination of your stay with no refunds.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am / Check-out time is 11:00 am

DRIVE SLOW! Speed limit is 5 M.P.H. – This includes all vehicles entering and exiting the park.

NO SMOKING in the lounge or the cabins. 

Guests are welcome to the park, they must check in at the office & leave by 10 p.m. 

or you will be charged the additional person charge. 

Please Help Conserve Water. 

Pagosa RV & Cabins operates on a well.

Do not wash vehicles from the well water supply. 

Please keep kids and small pets away from the irrigation ditch.

Driving across the grass is only permitted at the time of arrival and departure. 

Please keep your personal vehicles off the grass at all times.

Please put all garbage in the dumpsters.

You are responsible if the sewer becomes clogged. Please be careful of what goes down the sewer. 

Only water and waste- no feminine products or garbage.

There have been on occasion - bear, fox and mountain Lions in and around the park.  

Please don't leave any food or garbage outside. Bring your coolers in at night.  

You are responsible for your children - you will be held financially liable for their actions. 

Pets are welcome. They must be on a leash at all times, cleaned up after and never left unattended. 

Excessive barking will not be tolerated. 

Pagosa Springs RV Park & Cabins and anybody associated with Pagosa RV & Cabins cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries or damage to any person or property.
