Policies
– Cancellations 5 to 6 days of your arrival date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
– Cancellations 3 to 4 days of your arrival date will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
– Cancellations 2 days (or later) of your arrival date will be charged the full reservation rate.
Rules & regulations
All guests must register/check-in at the office upon arrival.
Registration and day/club pass will be required for any additional guests.
Guests under the age of 21 will not be allowed to enter.
All cabins have fully furnished bed(s), TV, sitting area, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, non-smoking and ample room for your luggage. All guests have access to: Wi-Fi, community kitchen, outdoor grills, pool, hot tub, and Xcape events included with the listed pricing. Pets are prohibited in cabins. All Buildings are non-smoking.
B-n-B is designed to meet your basic need for comfortable sleeping. With a fully furnished queen bed in an air-conditioned room with a sitting area (no pets, non-smoking). Closely positioned near the bathhouse for your additional camping needs.
What to Bring: Suntan/sunscreen lotion, pool towels, food, we are BYOB (county is beer and wine only).
