Our Oregon Coast RV campground and village has features from comfortable to fun, views and scenery that are unbelievable and activities that you will remember for years to come! With a choice of sites, you set the mood of your vacation. Whether seclusion or inclusion, we can cater to your specific needs. Each of our RV camping sites comes with full hook-ups, including 50 amp electric, instant phone service, FREE Wi-Fi, picnic table and fire ring. Throughout the resort campground, you’ll notice that nothing is further than a short stroll away. We have laundry facilities, restrooms, boat dock, PUB & PIZZERIA (see our menu), recreation room and meeting hall, a kids game room, and more within a short distance from each other. If you’re not up for a walk, then you can enjoy driving on our paved streets. Your comfort is our priority! For Seasonal Oregon RV camping, we’ve gone the extra mile to ensure your comfort during your extended stay. We provide paved driveways for a smoother transition from driving to parking. We also offer reduced rates during the off season. All of our sites are conveniently located near the restrooms and deluxe shower facilities. Even if you’re wanting to “rough it”, your vacation doesn’t have to be rough, too! When you are completely saturated in the tranquility that only nature can provide, slip into a boat, canoe or pontoon and experience the water first hand. Forget your troubles, and remember the true value of every new day. We have our own fishing boat, pontoon and canoe rentals for your convenience.

    House rules for a happy stay

    No refunds for early departure or cancellations. Credit is given for the remaining nights paid. Good for one year from departure date. Must present receipt with credit to validate.

    Rules & regulations

    Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8am.

    Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11:00am.

    Do not change assigned sites until you have checked with the office as sites may be reserved or occupant may have left temporarily.

    All visitors must register in the office when arriving and obtain a visitor's pass.

    The maximum number of persons per site is 6; please obtain permission for additional guests.

    No parking along grass or roadways. Park in designated sites or in parking lot only. Overnight parking with permit only.

    One RV allowed per site; tents may be added with reasonable consideration for neighbors.

    No outdoor appliances are allowed on any site.

    No storage structures or storage trailers are allowed in any site without prior management approval.

    Please use wooden pads under all of your hydraulic leveling systems.

    No firewood cutting on park property. Fires allowed in fire rings only. Please do not move fire rings around. Be considerate of your neighbors with smoke.

    No dirt bikes, ATV/ATC may be ridden within the park.

    Bicycles must be ridden only on roads and must not be parked on sidewalks or roadways. No bicycles allowed in store courtyard.

    Parents are urged to use extra caution with their children in the dock, pond and lakefront areas.

    Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the shower building.

    Parents are held responsible for the conduct of their children.

    No car, motorhome or trailer washing. No oil changes or repairs allowed on premises. No clothes lines allowed on sites.

    Security and safety patrol - the management, sheriff and Lakeside Citizen's Patrol check the area regularly. We are not responsible for any damage, accident or theft.

    Please place all garbage in tied plastic bags only. Dispose of trash in garbage truck in Activity Field Dumpster.

    No washing clothes, dishes or fish cleaning in restrooms.

    No smoking in any of the buildings - this includes restroom and shower buildings.

    No loitering in or around the shower building.

    Fishing is allowed from our docks but boats have the right of way. Please be courteous.

    It is impossible to post rules & regulations to cover all destructive or inconsiderate actions. Let’s all do our part to make your visit to Osprey Point an enjoyable one.

    PET RULES: In an effort to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible we ask that the following rules be understood and observed.

    Pets are allowed on a leash. They cannot be left unattended and you must clean up after your pet.

    Pets are not allowed in any park building, including the shower building.

    Pets are to be on a leash at all times. Please don’t use extra long leashes. Pet run available.

    Never leave your pet unattended in your site, either outside or in your RV.

    Please control any barking.

    Threatening dogs will not be tolerated.

    Pets must be cleaned up after. Pet droppings must be put in a plastic bag and placed in an appropriate container.

    All rules will be enforced.

    Pets are for the enjoyment of us all. Please be responsible.
