7 days before check-in: 100% refund.
3 days before check-in: 50% refund.
2 days before check-in: Non-refundable.

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Approve here to management to enter if needed at any time to check on heat, electricity, etc. No pets allowed.
RV PARK RULES
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR VISITATION TO, OR OCCUPANCY IN, THE RV PARK.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM. NO LOUD NOISE OR ROWDY ACTIONS.
LIMIT OF 2 VEHICLES PER SITE EXCEPT FOR SPACES # 5, 7, 8, & 9.
VEHICLE AND RV WASHING IS PROHIBITED.
ALL CARPETS ARE PROHIBITED ON ALL GRASSY AREAS.
ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH NO LONGER THAN 6', & MUST BE CLEANED UP AFTER. ONLY 2 APPROVED PETS ALLOWED.
DUMPSTER IS LOCATED ON NORTHEAST SIDE OF RV PARK, BEHIND CINDERBLOCK BUILDING.
NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND.
FIRES ARE ALLOWED IN ESTABLISHED FIRE PITS ONLY! FIRES MUST BE COMPLETELY EXTINGUISHED AFTER EACH USE.
CABIN RULES

Please note that there will be no water supply for 30 amp sites between October 7th and April 7th.
Pet Policy
No aggressive breeds shall be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.
