THE CITY OF WESTMORELAND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES TO GUESTS OR PETS, OR THEFT AND/OR DAMAGE TO GUEST PROPERTY

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. All children under 18 must be on their site by 9:00 p.m.

SITES: One camping unit and two (2) vehicles per camping site. All campsites shall be clean and well maintained and free of trash at all times. There shall be no storage of extra campers, non-used vehicles, construction materials, or any other non-approved items on the site that would detract from the overall cleanliness of the campground and individual campsites. There will be no vehicles, vessels, trailers, or carpet/mats placed, or parked on the grass at any time. NO DRIVING ON GRASS ALLOWED! Remove all trash promptly to the dumpster and do not leave visible trash bags about the campsite. Grey water must not be dumped on the ground. Please use sewer connection or dispose of at dumpsite. No vehicle repairs on site. Do not wash your car or RV in the campground. There is a public car wash on south Highway 99. All items creating the appearance of permanent residence, including but not limited to gardens, storage sheds, dog pens, decorative fencing and patios are prohibited. Permanent type attachments such as porches, which interfere with mobility, are not permitted.

RVs: All recreational vehicles must have wheels with serviceable tires attached. Temporary blocking for stability is permissible. Permanent foundations are prohibited. All recreational vehicles must comply with state license and registration requirements. No hay, straw, tarps, or other unapproved materials shall be used for insulation purposes on any vehicle.

PETS: Dogs must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times. Limit of 3 dogs per site. Dogs must be picked up after and waste disposed of appropriately. Current rabies vaccination proof is needed upon request. If any dog demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave the campground. No excessive barking! Pets are not to be tied outside of your RV when you are not in the park and are not to be left unattended at any time. Dogs are NOT allowed in the bathhouse.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the shower house.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS are strictly prohibited for the safety of all campers. This includes bow and arrows as well. CAMPFIRES are not permitted on the ground. Only use self-contained unit that is at least 6 inches off the ground or fire ring at your site. Please do not move from another site.

TRASH is located next to dump station. Please do not leave it at your campsite.

SHELTER USE: the Frank Memorial Shelter may be used by campers. There is no charge for using the shelter, however, please check to make sure that it is not reserved. For use of the Frank Memorial Shelter fireplace or to check about reservations, please call City Hall.

LENGTH OF STAY: We do not offer extended stays of more than two weeks. If you plan to stay longer than two weeks in our campground, you will need to contact City Hall. You may go on-line to otrvpark.com to make a reservation or call City Hall during open hours.

CLOTHESLINES are not permitted. Please do not tie anything to the trees.

COMMERCIAL BUSINESS is not to be solicited or transacted on any site within the park.

SEVERE WEATHER: In case of severe weather, please proceed to the bathhouse for shelter.

*THE CITY OF WESTMORELAND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE ANY GUEST TO VACATE THE PARK FOR ANY BEHAVIOR THAT DISTURBS OTHER GUESTS OR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS. THE CITY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME AND GIVE NOTICE OF SUCH CHANGES TO CAMPERS.
