House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of all monies. If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of arrival, you will lose 100% unless we can re-book the property. All HOLIDAYS require a 30-day cancellation. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the booking will not be refunded unless we can re-book it. We may be able to offer a credit if you cancel, only valid for 12 months.
Rules & regulations
We offer a range of RV and tent sites available on our Farmstead. Some RV sites are available all year round. Tent sites are open from May-October.
You can check into the site from 1 pm – 9 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask that you check out on the day of departure before 12 pm.
Quiet time around the Farmstead is from 10 pm until 7 am. Please use soft voices during this time and respect your fellow guests.
You have access to the Farmstead laundry area which is located in the Farmstead Barn Office and offers both a washer and dryer.
An outdoor hot water shower is available.
You have access to a cold water double sink and a shared porta-potty in high season that both benefit from a regular professional clean.
Smoking is only allowed off-site, away from the house. We expect our guests to leave the property as they found it and treat it like their own place.
Pet Policy:
The campground is pet friendly so feel free to bring your pooch. All pets must be on a leash at all times. Off-leash area available.
Here are the requirements for our property for your pet to stay with us:
50 lbs or less up to two pets in the apartment.
50lbs or less for the tiny house, one allowed.
No cats.
Pets must crate trained and leashed on the outdoor property at all times.
Pets are not to be left unattended unless we approve.
There will be a one-time pet fee of $50 per pet.
Pets are not allowed in the sleeping areas out of respect for other guests. Meaning the pet may not sleep on the beds. They must have their place to sleep.
There is plenty of open space for your pet to stretch out and take their morning and afternoon walk.
We ask you to help keep our property beautiful and please clean up after your pet.
We do offer the following…food & water bowls, dog bedding, towels.
Please ask before arrival so we can have these items clean and ready.
