VISITOR POLICY

THE CAMPGROUND is not open to the public on weekends (Fri to Sun) and Holidays. All persons must be included on your reservation and checked in together. The park and park amenities are for the exclusive use of registered guests only. As a reminder, the maximum number of people allowed on any RV or Tent site reservation is six people. The maximum number of people allowed on any cabin reservation equals the number of people that the cabin sleeps. Your site charges are for four people (not including children under 4 yrs). Additional people on your reservation will incur a $5.00 per person charge. Site charges are for one RV and one vehicle per site on your reservation. There is an additional charge for all additional vehicles. The charge is $15.00 per vehicle. Visitors (not on your reservation) are not allowed in the park. Please do not invite guests to come to the lake for the day to meet you here. Guests are not permitted beyond those individuals registered at the time of check-in.

SPEED LIMIT

THE SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH THROUGHOUT THE PARK!!! Strictly enforced. Please watch for children.

AFTER HOURS ARRIVAL/REGISTRATION

RV Sites: For late arrivals (after 5:00 pm), we offer a late arrival board just outside of the office door. Please look for a site map on the board with your name and site number. Remove your paperwork from the board and proceed to your site. All late arrivals are required to check-in with the office before 11:00 am the following morning to complete the registration/check-in process. Should you have issues locating your paperwork or parking in your assigned site, please see the after-hours phone number posted on the office door and call for assistance.

Cabins:

Registration/Site Occupancy

All site fees are payable in advance - this fee includes 4 occupants. Additional people are $5.00 per person. Maximum occupancy per site is six people. Children 4 and over are included in the occupancy count; there is no extra fee for children under 4. You must be 21 or older to rent a site or cabin. The primary renter must be onsite if any member of their party is onsite.

Vehicles

One registered vehicle is allowed per site. Any additional vehicles will add a $15 vehicle charge. All vehicles must display a car tag on the rearview mirror to show that it is registered. Any vehicles that will not fit on your assigned site must park in one of the overflow lots. Extra Vehicles may not be parked on a vacant site, on the grass, on the road, or in front of the bathhouse/laundry rooms. There is a $50.00 fine for parking in grass, roadway or other RV sites. If you are unsure of where to park, please speak directly with the office staff for assistance.

ONLY LICENSED DRIVERS ARE PERMITTED TO OPERATE ANY MOTORIZED VEHICLE IN THE PARK (THIS INCLUDES GOLF CARTS & ATVS): Anyone without a driver's license will be fined $50.00. There is no parking allowed on grass, roadways or RV sites. 

Mats/Rugs

Outdoor mats/rugs are not allowed on the grass.

Trash Pick Up

Trash Pick Up is Offered Daily from 9am - 11am for waste left by the road in front of your site! Outside of these hours, all trash must be taken to the dumpster. No batteries, paint, tires, hazardous materials, or large items may be placed in or near the dumpsters.

Also, do not leave trash outside overnight! Wildlife will get into it. 

Quiet Time

Quiet Time from 10pm and 8am!

Pet Policies

Domestic pets (dogs, cats, and birds) are welcome. Birds must remain in RV at all times. Aggressive pets are not allowed. We will ask guests that have aggressive behaved pets to leave. More than two pets per site must have management approval. Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet outside unless they are in the designated Dog Park off-leash area! Pets are not allowed to stay outside unattended. YOU must be with your pet at ALL TIMES! There are pet waste stations throughout the park. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your pet, even in the designated pet areas. Pets are not allowed in any resort building to include the restrooms and laundry room. NO pets are allowed inside the fenced-in area around the pool.

Safety and Courtesy

To Ensure the Comfort and Safety of All Guests:

No clothes lines (Any Strung Ropes or Wires for any reason) are permitted.

No weapons, firearms, or fireworks of any kind are allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in ANY building.

Only licensed drivers may operate any motor vehicle within the park.

All motorized vehicles must have front and rear lights.

The running of generators is not permitted.

No RVs with window unit air conditioners will be permitted.

Deliveries and Propane

Give us a call during business hours for our delivery services to your site: Firewood, ice, propane, bottle pick-up & refill.

Nature

Please respect the animals, trees, and bushes in the park!

Please leave the turtles in their natural habitat. 

Pool and Hot Tub Rules

Pool hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily March - October. The pool and hot tub are available to registered guests, visitors, and day pass holders only! Wristbands are required at all times while in the pool area. If you do not have your wristband, we will ask you to leave. There is no lifeguard on duty; use it at your own risk. Guests must abide by the safety rules posted in the pool area. Proper swimwear is required. Infants not potty trained must wear a swimming diaper. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). No food or glass is allowed in the pool area. A shower is required prior to using the pool or hot tub.
