If reservation is changed or canceled less than 48 hours of arrival date no refund will be given. In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is canceled or changed. There are no refunds for early departures, illness, acts of nature, or work schedules.

“No shows” are subjected to a penalty of the entire amount of reservation.

Rules & regulations

We believe our guests deserve the very best, and we take pride in maintaining our beautiful park to the highest industry standards. Our park rules help ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of our valued guests during their stay with us.

Check-in time is 1 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.

Specific site requests are not guaranteed.

Group reservations must have sites claimed 60 days prior to arrival date.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Guests: A “Guest” is defined as any person who has rented a space from the Park, also referred to as a “Resident”. The terms of this contract also extend to the family members, friends, or visitors of the Guest and Guest’s site, and/or Park facilities while Guest is renting space at the Park. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to Park’s personal property or that of anyone else.

All federal, state and local laws must be obeyed while in the Park. All signs, posted notices, and directions of the Park Management must be respected. The Guest is responsible for any damage he or she causes to the unit site or facilities, including any damage caused by invitees, friends or visitors of Guest. Non-compliance may result in immediate loss of Park privileges.

All RV guests must be registered at the park office.

No more than two (2) vehicles (in addition to the RV) are permitted per rental site or if site only accommodates one (1). No parking of vehicles on the streets is allowed. All persons operating any motor vehicle within the park must have a valid driver’s license and current insurance.

Tent camping/outdoor sleeping are not permitted in the park.

Loud noise from vehicles, sound systems, or generators is prohibited in the park. The definition of “loud” will be determined at the sole discretion of management.

All RV’s must be centered on concrete pad, leaving grassy areas clear for regular maintenance.

Sewer hoses must be on a sewer rack and draining properly per County Health Code. All sewer connections must be of an approved RV Sewer Hose or pipe and be properly sealed at our sewage drain. Gray water must be dumped into the sewer line.

Fireworks, explosives, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited in the park, including those belonging to guests and visitors. Even firearms with permits must be kept inside the RV and out of sight at all times. No weapon of any kind may be discharged within the park at any time.

Satellite dish must stay on the concrete pad.

Sprinklers in use throughout the park must not be tampered with and no stakes are permitted.

RV spaces must be kept neat and orderly at all times. Skirting, storage sheds, clotheslines, and outdoor storage of materials including appliances, free-standing propane tanks, furniture or clothing are prohibited.

Any signage, including “for sale” signs, must be approved by management.

No solicitation, commercial activity or sales activity of any kind is permitted.

All sites must remain free of trash, debris, and litter, including cigarette butts. Garbage must be properly bagged before depositing into the trash compactor. No hazardous waste materials may be deposited anywhere on the premises.

Automobile repairs are not allowed in the park to prevent potential contamination or damage from vehicle fluids.

No skateboards, scooters, in-line skates, rollerblades, or hoverboards are allowed on sidewalks. Only mopeds or motorcycles are permitted as transportation entering or exiting the park.

Beginning November 15th, guests are responsible for either wrapping their water lines with heat tape and insulation or purchasing a heated hose.

Non-Smoking policy -Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within 10 feet or inside any community building on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, clubhouse, office, pool and enclosure, restrooms, mailroom, garbage and recycle area, laundry area, RV storage, tennis courts, and playgrounds.

Marijuana policy – No guest or tenant may possess, grow, or use marijuana for any purpose within Olde Stone Village, including for medical or recreational purposes. Pursuant to the Controlled Substance Act, 21 U.S. C. Section 801 et. Seq., all use, possession, manufacture or distribution of marijuana is illegal, notwithstanding any state law to the contrary.

Respect your neighbors’ RV site: no walking, playing or otherwise occupying another patron’s site. Including walking pets on sites.

Please remove clothes from the machines promptly and leave the laundry room neat and clean for the next person.

Site occupants are fully responsible for their visitors and their actions while in the park.

Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the restroom, laundry and clubhouse facilities.

Speed limit is 10 MPH in the park. Please, drive slowly.

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. Furthermore, Olde Stone Village (management, agents, and/or owners) reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and to ask anyone to leave the premises, including current and returning guests that have violated our rules and regulations and/or have vacated the Park without paying all fees.

Pool Rules

Pool hours – Are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

No lifeguards are on duty – Guests swim at their own risk.

Must adhere to all posted rules and signage.

While in the pool area, persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any guests must be accompanied by a park resident.

Proper swimming attire is required.

All persons must take cleansing showers prior to entering the pool.

Only toilet trained children are permitted in the pool. NO DIAPERS/swim diapers.

Diving, running, jumping, games or other boisterous play are prohibited.

No roller-blading or inline skates are allowed on pool decks.

No smoking is allowed.

Inflatables, floating objects, toys, and floats are not allowed in the pool.

No Food is allowed in the pool area.

Bottled Water in plastic containers is allowed in the pool area.

Absolutely NO Alcohol and No glass containers are ever allowed in the pool area.

No pets are allowed in the pool area.

No wet bathing suit is to be worn inside bathrooms, office, or clubhouse

Sound-emitting devices are permitted only in conjunction with earphones or headsets. This shall be determined by the Park Managers at their sole discretion.

Monthly Stays

All “MONTHLY” RV rigs must have been manufactured within ten years of the current year.

All monthly RV guests will be required to pay a $18.00 non-refundable background check application fee (rate subject to change without notice). The presence of any criminal or eviction history (and/or adverse credit/employment history for monthly residents) will be grounds for denial of permission to stay in the Park.

The park requires rental references for the past year.

You will be required to sign a monthly rental agreement along with rules and regulations. The presence of any criminal or eviction history (and/or adverse credit/employment history for monthly residents) will be grounds for denial of permission to stay in the Park.

Monthly rent, electricity fees, and any applicable storage fees are due and payable on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged for payments received after the 5th.

Eviction – Failure to pay rent as required by the terms of the rental agreement and as otherwise required by law shall result in a seventy-two (72) hour notice of intent to terminate the tenancy. Termination of a tenancy has an adverse effect upon the rental history of the guest who is evicted; if the RV is not removed promptly after such termination, further action may be taken to dispose of the RV unit. We further reserve the right to evict for violation of these rules, the rental agreement and pursuant to applicable law, and we rigorously seek to collect all costs and disbursements as is allowed by law.

Pets

A maximum of 3 pets.

Given the requirement of our property liability insurance, the following dog breeds (including mixed with these breeds) and including any other statistically known to be aggressive are restricted from staying at Olde Stone Village: Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Heelers, and Rottweiler. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Visitors may not bring pets into the campground.

Owners must have their pets on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed to roam around or wander onto other sites.

At no time may pets be left unattended outside of the RV or vehicles or within a pet enclosure.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets immediately and disposing of the pet waste in the proper disposal container.

Pets must be kept quiet at all times.

Pets are not allowed in any buildings or pool areas.

All pets must be fully vaccinated, including Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. All vaccines must be kept current while in the park.

Owners are strictly liable for injuries caused by their pet(s).

Please be advised that the park will assess a $50.00 fine per pet, per violation for breach of any of the pet rules and policies which includes but not limited to cleaning up pet excrement (Per ORS 90.530 (c).

All facilities provided are to be used at your own risk. They are furnished solely for the convenience of RV guests. The owner/management will not be responsible for accidents, injury or loss of property due to fire, theft, or act of God. The management reserves the right to make changes to the Rules and Regulations.
