House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Adventures Unlimited will offer a full refund on your deposit if you cancel your reservation with more than 14 days prior to the service. If you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice, you will receive a full refund on your rafting reservation less a $20 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel your lodging or food service reservation with less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will not receive a refund. Rescheduling and reducing group size will be considered a cancellation.
Rules & regulations
If you bring your dog, they must be kept on a leash and we ask that you clean up after them. Unattended pets are not welcome at AU. Note that the cabins and bungalows do not allow pets.
All campfires must be contained inside a fire ring.
Be a great neighbor and keep your festivities inside your campsite.
Quiet hours are from midnight to 8 am. We have a campground host to help with folks who need a gentle reminder.
Sorry, we do not allow generators in our campground.
