House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If guest cancels reservation greater than 30 days of arrival, guest will be refunded the deposit less a $35 cancellation fee.
If guest cancels reservation less than 30 days to arrival, we will keep one night deposit.
All cancellations receive a confirmation of cancellation #. It is the guest responsibility to ensure they have received the cancellation confirmation number for verification.
Rules & regulations
We LOVE helping our guests enjoy quiet and comfortable stays. Here are a few of our rules and regulations to help all guests be good neighbors:
Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please refrain from any activity that could disturb the quiet enjoyment of our park guests.
Trash is to be disposed of in designated dumpster. Please have your trash bag firmly secured. Do not leave trash out overnight or throughout the day.
We love Pets!! However, we ask that you keep them leashed and under your control always. Please take a baggie with you on each walk to clean up after your pet(s). Current certicate of shots needs to be presented at our main office and will be kept on fïle.
For everyone's enjoyment, barking or aggressive dogs will be required to leave the park if they become a common nuisance to the other guests. Dogs may not be kept leashed outside without an owner present with them. Also, no dog kennels or houses on sites.
There is a max of (1) camping unit and (2) vehicles on each site. All guests must register at the office.
Please register all people, pets, and vehicles upon arrival.
Speed limit is 5 MPH
Check-in is 11 am and check-out is 3 pm. If you would like to inquire about an early arrival or late checkout, please call the oï¬ce. We will try our best to accommodate you, however, both services are subject to additional fees.
Make sure you take advantage of all there is to see and do in and around our park. Our friendly staff will be happy to suggest activities on site, or some popular destinations.
