We are conveniently located right across from beautiful Blue Mesa Reservoir, Colorado’s largest body of water and Kokanee salmon fishery and just 12 miles west of Gunnison on Highway 50 between mm 146 and 145. Our park’s location offers lake views and high country scenery being only a few miles away from Gunnison River, Dos Rios Golf Club, and we share a border with Curecanti National Recreation Area.
So you are only a short drive away from a boat ramp and marina. Local dining establishments include Garlic Mikes, Mario's, OL' Miners Steakhouse, 5 B's BBQ, Gunnison Pizza Co and The W Cafe! 1960 Retro Trailer
1960 Retro Trailer 2 Bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 6. Each bedroom has a double bed. The Retro has a full living room with a flat screen television and a pull out couch. It has a full kitchen supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. It also has a full bathroom including a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. We provide bedding and towels.
A picnic table and BBQ grill are included. The Retro has a huge covered deck overlooking the majestic Blue Mesa Reservoir, Colorado's largest body of water!

Cottage Cabin 12 x 33 2BR
Our non- smoking, 2 bedroom cottage cabin features two private bedrooms with 1 Full Bed in one and 1 Queen Bed and 3 Twin Beds in the other. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a Double Bed so this cabin can sleep up to 9 people. Amenities include a kitchen, microwave, full fridge, stove top, coffeemaker, flat panel 32 inch TV, separate sitting area, table with chairs, and an alarm clock. Fully furnished with linens, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, cookware, bbq gas grill, and picnic table. Pets are allowed with a $10 per pet per night fee.

Our non-smoking 12x12 one room cabins feature air conditioning, a kitchenette with an under the counter refrigerator, three burner cooktop, basic dishes/pots/pans/utensils, a microwave, a propane BBQ grill, picnic table, one set of bunk beds, a futon that folds down into a double bed, and restroom facilities including a shower. This cabin sleeps 5, with an additional twin bed over the futon. Pets are allowed with a $10 per pet per night fee. Linens and towels are provided.

These sites are located under huge beautiful Aspen trees and just a minute drive from the boat ramp across the highway. The view from the park is of the beautiful Blue Mesa Reservoir!

There are two - 12 x 16 Cottages with uncovered patio. They sleep 4 people. These cottages are equipped with small kitchenettes equipped with a two burner hotplate, microwave, mini-refrigerator and a kitchen sink. These also have a table and chairs. The restroom has a toilet and a shower. A picnic table and BBQ grill are included. We provide bedding and towels.

Policies
Our cancellation policy at Oasis Gunnison Lakeside is as follows: All RV/tent sites are subject to a 25% cancellation fee with a minimum of $25 and 25% for cabin cancellation fee with a minimum of $50 for all reservations cancelled prior to 48 hours in advance. No refunds within 48 hours of reservation or after check-in.
Monthly or seasonal reservation cancellations will be charged at the current daily/weekly rate. All refunds must be approved by Owners/Management and will be processed once approved.
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Noise: Radios, televisions and other sounds are to be kept at a level which does not disturb others. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Pets: Responsible pet owners with non-aggressive pets are welcome. Pets must be on a leash not more than 8 feet in length, controlled by a person physically competent to control the animal, or otherwise confined at all times. Pets must not be left unattended on the site or in the camper. All pet droppings must be picked up immediately, bagged, and disposed of in trash receptacle.
Speed: The speed limit within all property operated by Gunnison Lakeside Cabins is 5 MPH. This applies, at all times, to every vehicle whether it is a car, truck, four-wheeler, bicycle, or golf cart. Violators are a hazard to themselves and others and will be permanently removed from the property. Residents are responsible for their guests and will be expected to ensure the guests comply with the speed limits.
Conduct: Residents and guests shall at all times conduct themselves in a manner which is not offensive to others. They shall avoid the use of profane or abusive language, public intoxication, or any activity that would endanger the person or property of another.
Fires: No wood campfire will be allowed on any property managed by Gunnison Lakeside Cabins. Charcoal fires will be allowed in a grill but must be attended at all times and must be completely extinguished when not in use. Propane fire pits are allowed.
Children: It is your responsibility to ensure that your children and the children of your guests are of an age and maturity to conduct themselves responsibly and not do damage to themselves or the property of others, or to supervise them at all times. No tree climbing or harassing of wildlife is allowed.
Parking: No vehicle shall be parked on the roadway to obstruct the passage of traffic. Parking on the grass is prohibited. Do not park in or drive through empty RV sites. If you need additional parking, please check with office.
Trees and Shrubbery: Nothing shall be attached to the trees or shrubs on the property. No clotheslines, dog leashes, awnings, etc., with the exception of two bird feeders per tree, weighing no more than three pounds per feeder.
Sewer and Water: All flexible sewer lines must have plastic or rubber sewer ring when attached to park sewer system. Domestic water is for human and pet consumption only and shall not be used for washing cars or watering vegetation.
Firearms: The discharge of firearms on property managed by Oasis RV Resort is prohibited.
Off Road Vehicles: All persons operating any motorized off road vehicle within the park must have proof of liability insurance for each such vehicle and a valid drivers license.
