    Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance prior to arrival. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged.

    No refunds or credits will be given for early departures.

    Terms & Conditions

    Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.

    We reserve the right to change our rates as of May 1st every year.

    2 pets per unit maximum.   

    Rules and Regulations

    All guest and their visitors must register with the office.

    Check-In and Check-Out time is 12 Noon.

    Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM.

    Drive carefully, watching for people and pets. Speed limit of 15 MPH is strictly enforced.

    Pets: While pets are welcome, they are your responsibility. They must be kept on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended. Please keep your pet quiet and CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. They are not allowed in or around the clubhouse areas. No breeds or mixes of Rottweilers or Pitbulls allowed. No exceptions.

    Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

    Swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Pool is open during daylight hours. All children under 18 years of age and those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult.

    Only adults are permitted to use the whirlpool.

    No motorcycles allowed, except for entry into and out of the park.

    Golf carts must stay on roads, not sidewalks or grass.

    Bikes must stay on roads, not sidewalks.

    Do not leave garbage outside. Keep our park clean! Place garbage in compactor in dumpster area.

    County Ordinance prohibits campfires, fireworks, firearms and dumping waste water on the ground.

    Clotheslines are not permitted except under awnings.

    Please do not deface our trees.

    Mail is available at the post office at posted hours. Only emergency phone messages will be delivered.

    Service fee will be charged to repair damage to water lines, electric meter posts, etc., caused by negligence.

    Propane gas filled at scheduled hours. Check at office.

    Smoking is not permitted in any resort building.

    Do not drive through lots or walk through occupied lots.

    Park only on your lot. Respect your neighbor.

    All construction must be approved through office.

    Units set with blocks and/or straps must be skirted if on 6+6 or annual plan.

    Lots must be kept neat & tidy!

    Grass cut by park wherever 72" mower will fit & within 1 ft. of unit.

    All reservations are subject to site change.

    Watering subject to local restrictions. No irrigation systems or sprinklers, hand watering only.

    Children allowed a maximum 2 weeks stay.

    No Gravel Driveways.
