Cancellations require 14 days advance notice of the original arrival date to receive full refund, less a $15 cancellation/admin fee.

Cancellations requested less than 14 days but more than 5 days of original arrival date will be refunded less one night’s stay.

Cancellations requested less than 5 days’ notice of original arrival date will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

Rules & regulations

All campers must register with the campground manager in the office.

Overnight camping is by reservation or on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check-out time 12:00 p.m. for RV sites and 10:00 a.m. for Lake Houses and Primitive Cabins. Please notify the office when vacating the campsite or renew the camping permit before 10:00a.m.

All occupied campsites must have a camping permit which covers you and your immediate family (dad, mom, kids, and grandkids).

Registered campers are allowed to have visitors as long as the total number of campers plus visitors does not exceed six people overnight per site. The campground manager may limit the number of day time visitors allowed as circumstances dictate.

All visitors must park in designated areas only.

Daytime visitors may enter after 7:00 a.m. and must leave the campground no later than 10:00 p.m.

No overnight visitors are allowed unless accompanied by the registered camper. Each overnight visitor must pay an additional designated fee per night.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No motorized vehicles, including golf carts, should be driven inside the gates during quiet hours. Please respect your fellow camper’s right to a good night sleep.

Only one motorhome, camper, or travel trailer is permitted on a designated campsite. Two automobiles per campsite are permitted.

No shuttling of guests or campers by boat is permitted.

Tents shall be located inside designated tent campsites only.

Camping vehicles and equipment may be left unattended in the area overnight at the camper’s risk only with permission of the campground manager.

Campers must keep assigned campsites clean. All garbage and refuse must be placed in dumpsters or trash receptacles. Do not burn garbage.

No campsite will be rented to anyone under the age of 21. Campers under 21 years old must be at their campsite by 11:00 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to further action by the campground manager.

Fires shall be confined to fireplaces, grills, or other appropriate facilities where provided. Campers shall use reasonable care in handling campfires.

Use of trees to hang any object is prohibited. Do not cut, damage, or drive nails into trees or shrubs. No clotheslines tied to trees are permitted.

Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms, and fireworks are prohibited.

Campers are responsible for the conduct of children and visitors. Children must be under the care and attention of an adult at all times and may not be left at the campground unattended.

Wandering through another’s campsite or boat will not be tolerated. Vandalism and disrespect for another person’s property will be cause for having to leave the campground.

All pets must be on a leash and under the control of a registered camper at all times. No pets should be left tied up outside unless they are attended by a camper. Any pet showing signs of aggressive of threating behavior such as growling, snarling, or biting will be removed from the campground immediately.

Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of pet waste in dumpsters or trash receptacles. Not in the lake.

Bathhouses and swimming areas are off limits to animals.

The operation or use of any motorized vehicle or noise producing device of any kind which unreasonably disturbs, annoys, or endangers any person is prohibited. No ATV’s are allowed.

Only those with a valid driver’s license may operate motorized vehicles in the campground. Golf carts must obey the same rules as automobiles including traffic flow on one-way roads.

A 10 MPH speed limit in the campground is to be obeyed.

No parking in grass is permitted.

Boat trailers are to be parked in designated areas only.

Washing dishes in a bathhouse is not permitted.

If you do not enter the grounds before 10:00 p.m., you must park outside the gated area and walk to your campsite.

Tampering with security gates in any way or form will not be tolerated.

Watercraft brought to the campground must be kept in docks/slips or designated parking areas. Campers and visitors must register their watercraft with the office and received a tag that must be attached to the watercraft trailer while in the campground.

No watercraft may be moored/secured or anchored to the shoreline at any time.

The only covers allowed are awnings originally attached to the camper or small canopies over the picnic table that have been approved by the campground manager.

No decks or permanent structures are allowed. If temporary steps or a temporary stoop is required to gain access to an RV, these must be approved in advance by the campground manager and must be no larger than 40 square feet.

All refrigerators must be kept inside your RV. They are not allowed outside your RV.

The picnic areas and other day use areas are available for use from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The swimming beach area, however, closes at dusk. No night swimming allowed.

Sub-leasing campsites is not permitted.

Please do not feed the geese or ducks.
