House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If a reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival, a one-night fee will charged to the card on file.
Rules & regulations
RV Resort Guidelines:
Checkout Time: 11:00am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 11:00am. All rent is due and payable in advance; no refunds.
Parking: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways. Do not park on the grass, fire lanes or in any area other than your assigned parking space. Do not park in unoccupied spaces. You are provided 1 spot on your pad and 1 spot in front of your pad perpendicular to your RV. Limited overflow parking is available around the resort on a first come, first served basis.
Guests are permitted to park utility trailers up to 7 feet (from tongue to back) on their rented pad. If their trailer is longer than 7 feet, guests are required to rent parking spaces designated for trailer parking.
Speed Limit: 5mph. This speed limit is strictly enforced. Drive safely and watch for pedestrians.
Quiet Hours: 11;00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos and TVs. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and property.
Trash: Please keep your space clean. Deposit trash in the conveniently located Dumpsters. DO NOT LITTER!
Reservations: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days.
Mail: Incoming mail is received daily. Mailboxes are available for longterm tenants.
Satellite TV: Available at all sites.
DO NOT move picnic tables or benches!
Washing RVs is PROHIBITED on Northlake property, unless done by one of our approved vendors.
Vending: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the facilities buildings. Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room.
Your Space: Please keep it clean. No clutter or debris permitted.
Laundry: Open 24/7
NO CONSTRUCTION OF DECKS OR STAIRS IS ALLOWED.
If I Poop....Gotta Scoop!!
$20 FEE For: Not picking up after your pet(s). Not picking up your cigarette butts!!
Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet.
Dog Run Rules: Pets are not allowed to use area outside of the Dog Run. Pet owner is required to clean up behind pets. Pets are not to be left unattended outside of any time.
