North Pointe RV Resort

Speed Limit: Speed limit is 8 mph while in the resort. Failure to obey the speed limit will result in a fine and or dismissal from the resort.

Resort Courtesy: Quiet time is between 10:00PM and 7:00AM. Please respect your neighbors – do not cut through their site. Please place sewer hoses and electric cords on gravel as much as possible to avoid damage from mowing.

Campfires: Campfires must be contained in raised fire pits. No fires on the ground. Do not leave fires unattended.

Vehicles: Maximum of one RV and two vehicles per site. No parking on grass. All vehicles driven within the resort must be reasonably quiet and can only be driven on roadways. All vehicles must display a car pass while in the park. Only licensed drivers may operate a motorized vehicle within the resort.

Golf Carts: Must be driven by a registered licensed driver. No driving on the grass, only roadways. No off-road vehicles, street legal or not, will be allowed to “cruise” around the resort.

Children: Children under 16 must be under direct adult supervision at all times and follow appropriate safety rules while biking, swimming or participating in any other activities.

Pets: We welcome well behaved pets. Owners must pick up after pets. Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings, swimming pool or patio areas. Leashes should be no more than 8 feet long. Owners MUST be in attendance when pets are outside. Aggressive behavior towards guests or other pets will not be tolerated and owner may be asked to leave the resort.

Trash: Dumpsters are located near the front of the Resort by the propane filling station and in the back of the park. They are very bright green and can’t be missed.. Please bag all garbage items before taking to dumpsters.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and pool areas including e-cigarettes. Please dispose of cigarettes in provided containers.

RV/Vehicle Wash: Do not wash your vehicles or RV on your site unless you are monthly. There is a wash station at the front of the park. Go to the office for details.

Grass & Trees: Please do not place mats or carpets on the grass. Please place sewer hoses and electric cords on gravel as much as possible to avoid damage from mowing. No cutting or trimming of trees or foliage. No clotheslines, dog leads or hammocks attached to trees.

Tents: No tents permitted.

Private Bath Suites: Please do not wash pets, clothing, dishes, etc in Bath Suites. No smoking allowed in Bath Suites.

Laundry: The resort offers laundry facilities for your use. Quarters are available at the office. 

Pickleball Court: Coming soon!

Swimming Pool: Pool is open from 10:00am to dusk for your enjoyment. Please be aware that there is NO lifeguard on duty. Proper attire is required. No glass, animals, smoking in pool areas. Visitors allowed, $2/visitor - Wristbands can be purchased at the front office. See rules posted in the pool area for more information.

Facilities Closures: Facilities may be temporarily closed for private parties, activities, maintenance or other health and safety related issues. Please observe all closed signs as posted.

Protection of Property: We advise each of our guests to exercise caution with their personal property. Please ensure you lock up bikes and lock your vehicles. We advise the use of pressure regulators for water and surge protectors for electricity. North Pointe is not responsible for any theft or damages to your personal property. This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.

Guests Responsibility: All guests are responsible for their conduct and that of their visitors, children & pets and for any damages resulting from their actions. All guests of North Pointe RV Resort LLC. who stay at any site or use any of the facilities, does so at their own risk. North Pointe RV Resort LLC. is not responsible for injuries or damages of any sort for any reason. All guests of North Pointe RV Resort LLC. agree to release North Pointe RV Resort LLC. and its affiliates, officers, family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property, and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the North Pointe RV Resort LLC. facilities and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless North Pointe RV Resort LLC. , its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees against any and all claims of any type.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies: No Cancellation/No refund. Camp Credit only. No refunds for early departure.

Vehicles must be made and or designed for the intended use of camping.
