    CANCELLATION POLICIES:

    RV/TENT:

    Camping cancellations made up to 7 days of arrival date will be refunded 90% of your deposit. Cancellations less than 7 days out are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.

    CABINS:

    Camping cancellations made up to 14 days of arrival date will be refunded 90% of your deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days out are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.

    STURGIS RALLY:

    Note: You may cancel your reservation anytime up to May 1 of that year, and 80% of your payment will be returned to you.

    After May 1, your reservation is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and is forfeited if you are unable to attend the annual Rally. We are privately owned and operated and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Tent sites within the campground will still be selected on a first come first served basis.

    All campgrounds during the rally are not allowed to have open fires, so leave your firewood at home. You can have propane grills at your campsite for cooking. Each person must wear an official No Name City Luxury Cabins & RV, LLC wristband at all times. For everyone’s safety during the rally, we park all vehicles and trailers in our overflow parking lot.

    NO SUBLEASING OF ANY KIND ON CABINS, RV SITES OR TENTING!

    Rules & regulations

    RV CHECK IN TIME:  AFTER 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    CABIN CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 3:00 PM

    CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

    CABIN KEYS: CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT THE OFFICE OR IN THE KEY DROP BOX LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE

    QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM

    VISITORS: MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL

    SITES: NO RUGS/MATS ON THE GROUND. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR OR RV IN THE CAMPGROUND. PLEASE KEEP A NICE, CLEAN SITE. NO GENERATORS

    POOL/HOT TUB: NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHILDREN UNDER 18 NOT PERMITTED IN HOT TUB. HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 AM TO 10:00 PM.

    KITCHEN: BREAKFAST IS SERVED FROM 8:00 AM TO 10:00 AM ON WEEKENDS ONLY EXCEPT FOR SOME HOLIDAYS OR EVENTS. DINNER IS SERVED FROM 5:00 PM TO 9:00 PM WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY DURING SUMMER (ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY). KITCHEN HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

    BAR HOURS: 5:00 PM WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY DURING SUMMER. SEASONAL HOURS APPLY

    LAUNDRY FACILITIES: OPEN 24 HOURS. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CLOTHES IN THE MACHINES UNATTENDED.

    RESTROOMS/SHOWERHOUSE: OPEN 24 HOURS. PLEASE REMEMBER TO REMOVE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS.

    PROPANE: TO HAVE YOUR PROPANE BOTTLE FILLED, REQUEST THIS AT OFFICE OR CALL 605.347.8891

    PETS: PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR  CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR DOG. PETS ARE NOT TO BE TIED OUTSIDE OF YOUR RV WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE PARK AND ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. NO EXCESSIVE BARKING! PLEASE KEEP PETS OFF OF BEDS AND FUTONS IN CABINS. THERE IS A $15 PET FEE IN CABINS.

    OUTSIDE ALCOHOL AND OTHER BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BAR AREA.

    SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING, CABIN OR CAMPGROUND RV RENTAL.  THERE WILL BE A $250 SMOKING FEE ASSESSED IN CABINS

    CAMPFIRES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GROUND. WE ARE IN THE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND CAN NOT HAVE OPEN WOOD-BURNING FLAME.  SMALL CONTAINED PROPANE GRILLS AND FIREPITS ARE ALLOWED.  WE DO HAVE 2 GRILLS IN THE PICNIC PAVILION FOR OUR GUESTS TO USE.  IF PROPANE IS EMPTY LET SOMEONE KNOW AND IT WILL BE FILLED.

    TRASH  TRASH BINS ARE LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE CAMPGROUND AND NEXT TO CABINS FOR ALL TO USE. DUMPSTER IS LOCATED NEAR ENTRANCE TO CAMPGROUND.  PLEASE KEEP YOUR AREA TIDY!
