We are located "off the beaten path" and your site cannot be filled with drop-in traffic. If you cancel 0-7 days before check-in, no refund. If you cancel 8-30 days before check-in, 50% for all nights. If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in,100% for all nights. You may receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking your reservation as long as the cancellation is at least 14 days before your check-in date.
