House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to their scheduled stay.
No-Show: In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Weather: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to rain or other inclement weather conditions.

Rules & regulations
Check-In Time: Naughty Oaks Farm requires all guests to check in at the office prior to going to the camp area or other accommodations. Guests are welcome to check in starting at 3:00 PM. Early check-in requests may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Identification: A valid government-issued identification card is required upon check-in.
Release of Liability: All guests must sign a Release of Liability form at the time of check-in. While we do not expect anyone to experience any problems at the Farm, accidents do happen.
Reservation Confirmation: Please present your booking confirmation number when checking in.
Check-Out Time: We kindly ask that guests check out by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests can be arranged subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Inspection: Please allow a brief room inspection to ensure all items are in good condition.
A MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY is required on all Event Weekends.
A MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY is required on all HOLIDAY Weekends.
Prohibited Items/Activities
Pets: Pets are prohibited. No exceptions, not even if the pet is on a leash or kept in your vehicle. For information about service animals, please see our FAQ page.
Weapons, Firearms or Fireworks: No person is permitted (even if by State Law) to possess a firearm or discharge a weapon or firearm.
Solicitation: No soliciting is allowed. No one may buy, rent or sell any item or service except under an approved concession contract. And yes, that includes Sex Work.
Ground Fires: Fires are only allowed in designated areas. Firepits, Grills and other acceptable areas are clearly marked.
Lewd Behavior: This is a safe, sane and consensual environment. No means NO and maybe means NO (until it’s a YES). Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property and legal action initiated should it be warranted.
