My Tiny Wine Wagon

MY TINY HOUSE VILLAGE AND GUESTS AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

We do allow family and friends of our guests to visit but ask that details regarding all guest’s visitors are communicated and approved prior to their arrival; and that all visitors leave by our 9 pm quiet time.

All guests must agree to the use of our cedar loo style toilets per the instructions provided. Unsanitary conditions (aka: over filling) created by not following the directions may result in an additional $100 sanitation fee.

The forest surrounding the Wine Wagon is for viewing only, and not exploration. The neighbors are generously accommodating the tiny house but their specific request is that the guests are not allowed to wander theirs, or any other neighbor's property. Boundary signs are strategically placed as reminders; however, the lack of a sign does not imply permission to trespass. Thank you for understanding our neighbors' desire to maintain their privacy.

The beds in the Hideout and Bird House requires the use of a ladder to access. As such we require that all guests not only use caution when using it, but that they also assume all liability for accidents caused by misuse.

All outdoor areas in Longview WA are shared with other guests staying at My Tiny Creekside Retreat. You are not obligated to interact with anyone but we do ask that you respect every guests' privacy and personal space.

NO SMOKING indoors or out.

If you are bringing pets, our full pet policy will be forwarded to you. Most notably, pets are to be on leash when outdoors at all times and never left alone in the house for any period of time for any reason. Violation of the pet policy MAY result in a $150 - $500 policy violation charge against your deposit depending on the nature and severity of the infraction.

We value transparency and communication. As such, we ask all guests to respond to the following questions:

Are you OK with these policies, liabilities, and amenities?

What brings you to our neck of the woods?

Are you bringing children, pets, or guests?

Are you expecting any visitors during your stay?

For a harmonious coexistence in our cozy space, we kindly ask you to consider these simple guidelines to make the most of your pet-friendly stay:

1. To ensure everyone's safety, we request that pets remain leashed when outside.

2. We have a no-pets-on-the-furniture policy. That includes beds and lofts too!

3. Our general limit is two pets per stay, unless we've chatted and made special arrangements.

4. Cat lovers, bring your own litter box along for your feline friends.

5. We've got you covered with pet waste bags—please use them for clean-ups, every single time.

6. We're all about quality time together, so let's avoid leaving furry friends solo in the homes.

7. Oopsie moments happen! If they do, there are handy cleaning supplies under the sink.

8. A little daily sweep will do wonders to keep fur from taking over.

9. Guests at our Creekside Cottage, we've set up a pup relief area (with a sign!) to save the lawn. Feel free to use it, or any other spot on the property except the front lawn.

10. To keep things fair and square, we're now requesting a refundable $150 pet deposit, due 14 days before your stay. It's all about trust. If we all play by the rules, your deposit stays put. Just know, after any major rule-bending (extra laundry, cleaning, or upholstery work), it's not gonna’ come back to you. Plus, intentional rule breakers might face extra fees. Let's keep things snazzy!
