My Tiny Creekside Retreat

MY TINY CREEKSIDE RETREAT AND GUESTS AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

We do allow family and friends of our guests to visit but ask that details regarding all guest’s visitors are communicated and approved PRIOR to their arrival; and that all visitors leave by 9 pm quiet time.

NO SMOKING is allowed indoors or out. If this policy is violated, odor removal efforts will be charged against the deposit.

We do allow events to be held at My Tiny Creekside Retreat, however, a separate contract and insurance requirements apply. Please ask for more information if this applies to you.

If you are bringing pets, our full pet policy will be forwarded to you. Most notably, pets are to be on leash when outdoors at all times and never left alone in the house for any period of time for any reason. Violation of the pet policy can result in a $150 - $500 policy violation charge against your deposit depending on the nature and severity of the infraction.

• To ensure everyone's safety, we request that pets remain leashed when outside.

• We have a no-pets-on-the-furniture policy. That includes beds and lofts too!

• Our general limit is two pets per stay, unless we've chatted and made special arrangements.

• Cat lovers, bring your own litter box along for your feline friends.

• We've got you covered with pet waste bags—please use them for clean-ups, every single time.

• We're all about quality time together, so let's avoid leaving furry friends solo in the homes.

• Oopsie moments happen! If they do, there are handy cleaning supplies under the sink.

• A little daily sweep will do wonders to keep fur from taking over.

• Guests at our Creekside Cottage, we've set up a pup relief area (with a sign!) to save the lawn. Feel free to use it, or any other spot on the property except the front lawn.

• To keep things fair and square, we're now requesting a refundable $150 pet deposit, due 14 days before your stay. It's all about trust. If we all play by the rules, your deposit stays put. Just know, after any major rule-bending (extra laundry, cleaning, or upholstery work), it's not gonna’ come back to you. Plus, intentional rule breakers might face extra fees. Let's keep things snazzy!

Quick note: Our enchanting forest is home to all sorts of creatures, from bunnies and deer to bobcats. Keeping pets leashed and kids close by is the savvy way to prevent unexpected run-ins. All outdoor areas are shared with other guests staying at My Tiny Creekside Retreat. You are not obligated to interact with anyone but we do ask that you respect every guests' privacy and personal space.
