Explore the rugged beauty of Goblin Valley State Park and Capitol Reef National Park. Experience the Old West at Robber's Roost. Discover the ancient past at the Hanksville-Burpee Dinosaur Quarry. Witness the New Frontier at the Mars and Desert Research Station. Our cabins are locally sourced from the Fish Lake National Forest and are appointed with modern amenities such as a kitchenette and a full bathroom. We are pet friendly but there is a small fee included in the pet rate. We have COMPLIMENTARY laundry facilities and an ice machine!

Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 3 days in advance, 0% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Rules & regulations
In order to conserve desert resources, we do not offer daily housekeeping during your stay but we are happy to provide additional coffee supplies, clean towels and linens on request.
