Policies
Park Policy
  • Prices and Spaces are subject to change.
  • A $50.00 deposit is required to guarantee Reservation.
  • If a reservation is not canceled at least 48 Hrs. prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to any refund of any advanced deposit.
  • Reservations canceled 48 Hrs. prior to your arrival are eligible for a full refund. 
  • No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
  • In cases of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is canceled/changed. 
  • Partial hook up curbside spaces are available when at full capacity - 7-day max stay 
  • Short Term Monthly sites are available October 1st to April 1st - call for availability
  • Long Term Monthly's are on a reservation basis only, please call for availability.
  • Monthly utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards.
  • A $50.00 Electricity Deposit is required for all long term stays along with a $25.00 dollars background check per adult (18+)
  • We do not take reservations for Storage Sites we are on a first come first serve basis please call for availability.
