The 24 room property offers recently remodeled/redecorated accommodations great for single travelers, couples and families. We offer a variety of room types and private cabins. Mountain Ridge includes a variety of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun! We strive to offer the cleanest and most comfortable accommodations in the area by offering premium bedding, quality furnishings, and renovated rooms. House rules for a happy stay
Policies
In the event of no-show, 100% reservation amount will be charged. Rooms will be re-sold after the first night of the no-show.
Free cancellations are allowed up to 3 days of reservation (72 hours).
Room changes are allowed up to 3 days of reservation at no charge.
Third-party bookings must be changed or cancelled with reservation source.
Reservations (or multiple reservation under same name) totaling 15 room nights or more are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy due to the number of rooms on hold
We cannot make any exceptions for policies.
We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation, for this reason we recommend travel insurance.
Due to our intimate size and remote location, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Our Property offers contactless self check in for your convenience. Please ensure your email and phone number are accurate so self check in instructions can be sent!
Check In time is between 4:00 PM- 8:00 p.m. We are on the Mountain Time Zone.
Please notify our staff of late check-ins by calling 435-252-0217 between 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. on the day of arrival. We are happy to provide a late check in at no charge.
Check Out time is 11:00 AM;
We do not offer rollaway beds.
Pets are not allowed in any of our rooms.
Rooms found with pets will be charged a detailed cleaning fee of $250.
All our rooms are non-smoking.
