    Pet Restrictions

    Cancellations must be made before 2:00 PM MT the day before arrival. All cancels will be charged a $10 processing fee. Nightly rentals must be cancelled 24 hours before your arrival you will be charged 50% of your stay. Weekly rentals must cancel 7 days before start of your stay or you will be charged 50% of the weekly rate. All reservations for the Lander Pioneer Days need a 14 day cancellation or will be charged the entire stay.

    Rules & regulations

    Trash dumpster provided. Please do not leave trash outside.

    Trash must be bagged and tied.

    RV must be well maintained and in good overall condition.

    Parking in empty sites is not permitted.

    No washing your RV on site.
