Site Rules:
Our Site Rules are located in the Property Rules section of the listing. Please review them prior to reserving.

Rules & regulations

What you carry in, you must carry out

Don’t leave out food that could attract wildlife

Be mindful of any local fire bans and quiet hours

Keep valuables on you or secured in your vehicle

If your dog is approved, you must keep them with you at all times, they must remain on a leash or in a kennel at the site, they must have their own bedding and are not allowed on the bed, they must be kept in a safe place at night so that coyotes, mountain lions, owls or other predators can not harm them, their food must be kept in your vehicle, and their poop must be picked up at the site

You are only allowed to drive on gravel areas. Please leave a way for other vehicles that are parked to exit when you park in the gravel area.

Food is not allowed in the tents and is not to be stored in the tents. There are many large wildlife including black bears who are attracted to the smell of food, even very small foods. They will tear through tents to get to the food and can result in significant property damage and significant injury. All food is to be kept in your vehicle at night and out of the campsite during the day while you are away. Please bring appropriate coolers for perishables. If weather is inclement, you are allowed to use the table in your tent for eating in a comfortable place but please ensure that everything is thoroughly cleaned up and wiped down and all leftovers stored in your locked vehicle (bears can open unlocked doors).

Please ensure that you maintain a speed below 5 mph up and down the driveway. It is one way and others may be coming the opposite way.

Quiet hours in the campsite are 10:30pm to 7am. This includes any animals. If you have an animal that has a tendency to bark at night, you may need to find other accommodations than this campsite.

Keep the site picked up and tidy at all times. Equipment is not to be left outside the tents where it can be damaged, blow away or get wet. All equipment is to be kept clean and free of any food while in the site.

Please do not leave tents open while you are not present in the campsite. All doors and windows should be zipped shut when you leave the site. Even when present in the campsite, we strongly recommend that all screens be zipped closed to prevent bugs and wildlife from entering the tent.

Please leave all furniture where it was originally located both inside and outside of the tent as well as the fire pit unless you receive permission from the owners.

Please pickup the site and return everything to the location where you originally found it when you depart. We will do a checkout inventory before you leave and you will be responsible for any missing items.

Please ensure that all bathroom and washroom doors are left closed when not in use.

Please ensure that dirty clothes, towels, or other equipment are kept off the bedding to avoid staining or permanently damaging the bedding.

Place all trash and leftovers into the trash can at the campsite entrance. We will be picking up trash each night to avoid bears and other wildlife getting into the trash.

Please be respectful to all site areas and equipment and clean up appropriately. If anything is dirtied or damaged, please let the owners know immediately.

Before utilizing any larger than small electronics 120v equipment in the outlets, please obtain approval from the owners.

Respect & Safety

Don't carve your name into anything, or cut down trees. In general, treat the property and all the animals with the utmost respect.

The minimum cleaning fee is $50 and will be charged for leaving a campsite a mess.
