We'd like you to think of Mountain Aire as your home away from home! We proudly offer beautiful and affordable 1 or 2 bedroom Cottages or individual Kitchenette Motel Rooms. Motel Rooms require a 1 night minimum stay, and Cottages require a 2 night minimum stay. We are just a 12 minute walk with cherry tree-lined sidewalks into downtown Clayton, close proximity to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Late check-ins are accepted (with prior reservation) and we offer free high-speed wireless internet in all Cottages & Rooms. All interiors are strictly non-smoking. Sorry, no pets in the rooms, but occasionally in the cottages (must call to confirm the pet). Perfect private getaways for family reunions, church retreats, and more!
We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable, at ease, and ready to enjoy your time here in our beautiful mountains. The beauty of God's creation is so evident in these northeast Georgia mountains, and I'll be happy to direct you to some of the lakes, rivers, waterfalls, or trails, as well as activities such as fishing, hunting, rafting, canoeing, golfing, boating, dining or shopping! There are plenty of nice small towns nearby as well, and Clayton is a perfect 'central jump-off point' to do some day trips to see them. Cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of arrival will result in one night's charge plus tax.
Same-day of arrival cancellation charged full price of entire reservation plus tax.
No returns for early check-out.

Guest hereby accepts full responsibility and agrees to immediately pay for any and all damages they incur, as reasonably determined by Owner, to any portion of the Mountain Aire Cottages & Inn property or furnishings caused by Guest or Guest's visitors/friends, even if the visitors/friends are not themselves paid guests, or originated during their stay. Guest agrees that Owner's decisions are final to the issue, and Guest allows such charges as determined by Owner, to be charged immediately to their credit or debit card.
